Our son has been attending Papilio Ryde from Nursery to now a Toddler. He has grown attached to the educators and they have showed him and the class lots of love, care and support. We can see the joy and development every week and he looks forward to attending. The educators have a balanced approach of fun, activities and learning to help the children settle and learn. We have a very positive experience with all the educators and very happy with the service and care from management. They are quick to respond and resolve any queries we have. We'd highly recommend Papilio Ryde!

We are very happy with Papilio Ryde. The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children’s wellbeing and development. From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcome and supported, which made the transition so much easier for our child. We love the focus on both play-based learning and developing important life skills. Our child absolutely loves coming here and has built wonderful friendships with both the teachers and other children :)

We absolutely love Papilio Ryde! The centre has such a warm and nurturing environment, and our daughter has truly thrived here. The management team is amazing—especially Miss Julie and Miss Sachina—who are always kind, supportive, and approachable. They go above and beyond to make families feel welcome and well-informed. The educators in my daughter’s room are also fantastic. They are caring, attentive, and always create fun and engaging learning experiences. It’s clear how much they genuinely care for the children, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing our daughter is in such good hands. My daughter goes to Papilio Ryde and they are the LEGEND! She started attending the Papilio Ryde since October 2024. We were initially super anxious about her attending the centre because it was her very first time attending a long day care and also because she couldn’t understand nor speak English at all. Despite that, she could smoothly settle down only at around a month period of time and now she even walks in on her own and happily start her day. She could achieve that because of all the love and care from the Papilio Ryde Team. All the staff members are very welcoming and they are full of positive energy! Centre Manager, Ms Diki, is always supportive and response back to us with all our enquires. Thank you, Papilio Ryde! As a full time working parents, there is no way we could have our full career if they were not there!

I had the pleasure of completing my placement at Papilio Ryde, and I can confidently say that it was a wonderful experience. The educators are dedicated, caring, and truly passionate about the children’s development, especially Ms. Jessica. Whenever a child feels upset or cries, they instinctively call for her, knowing she will offer them comfort and reassurance. Her presence makes a significant difference in the children's social and emotional well-being, and it was inspiring to see how much they trust and rely on her. I had my student placement in Papilio Ryde which ended recently. I am truly grateful that I had to do it in this service because I have witnessed how positive the educators were toward the children, their families, and with the team. The educators, especially my mentor, Ms Jessica, treated the children with respect and empathy, without compromising the opportunity to impart good values that would help shape children to become better individuals. It showed how important building trustful relationships with children can be. The children have evidently developed a secure attachment with Ms Jessica by how they would call for her when they were feeling down or needed comfort. I hope to emulate her ways of being a safe haven for children and in guiding children to be active learners. I am sincerely thankful to Ms Jessica, Ms Raylene and Ms Diki for their support and willingness to extend positive feedback and meaningful advice for my personal growth and development during my placement. My family and I love Ryde Papilio. All the educators and the director of the centre are well educated and friendly people. The centre maintains an impeccable standard of cleanliness and care. The educators are always very attentive to each individual child and their needs, and the children thrive and have a great time being engaged and learning every day. We left Papilio Ryde a year ago due to unsatisfied staffing issue. We came back a year after and found that there is a huge changed. The team now is amazingly settled and both my kids settle much quicker than I expected. The new management team is doing an extraordinary job. And I am really happy with them. Only one thing I would like to get improve is that all cctv can be fixed. :) Highly recommended!!

Our family very appreciative all your team staff , they are very professional and patient with my kid . very thanks for Miss Raylene ，she is very good room leader. She is patience, kindness, and understanding have helped our child overcome challenges and develop a love for learning. We are forever grateful. They all do they best the job with children. My kid have a wonderful time in these years. I really appreciate that you were always there for MiMi as a comforting and loving influence. We transferred to Papilio Ryde after a very negative experience at another local day care center. I was hesitant to start my twins somewhere new, but Miss Ashlee and the team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, supported and at ease during the transition. Papilio Ryde is capable of working with all types of children, and supports them to meet them where they are, instead of expecting them to fit into a box. The staff are all so kind, well educated and adaptable. They are helpful, caring and go out of their way to ensure that the children are guided in a way that meets their individual needs. My twins are very different and the Papilio team has been amazing for both boys, helping set them up for success, and prepare them for the transition to kindergarten. I could not speak more highly of the amazing team at Papilio Ryde - if you’re considering starting your kids at a new center, i could not recommend this one more!!

I transferred my oldest son to this daycare in 2021 and the difference the environment and educators have made on his development is incredible. I was so touched by their kindness and professionalism in his transition that I had no concerns whatsoever in sending my 8 month old there too. The centre management team take the time to get to know each family and are very proactive in their communications. Highly recommend!

I placed my child in this daycare as there had been alot of positive feedback from family and friends and it's also conveniently close to home. The management and staff are welcoming and attentive to my child and their needs. The staff are super helpful and made my child's transition from babies room to toddlers room stress free. I have toured around most childcare centres in meadowbank/ryde area but Ryde Papilio has not only a great facility but genuinely caring educators! I could not send my son anywhere else! I sent my son since he was 8 months old and til this day (he is now 18 months), I am amazed and reassured 100% everytime at how loving the educators are to all children and what great environment they provide for babies to safely develop! My son loves the place so much to a point where sometimes he will cry when I pick him up at the end of the day 😅. I have no personal relationship with any of the educators, but I wish them all the best in their career because they really should be rewarded for the extraordinary work they do.

We took a chance with Papilio Ryde as it was only 1 of 2 childcare centres we managed to see before Covid hit, and we’re glad we chose this one. Our son has been going since he was 8 months old and he’s 2 years old now. We wouldn’t consider any other centres as long as we live close enough! He’s happy there and he’s learnt so much. As they say, happy child = happy parents!

We have been with Papilio Ryde since my boy is 4 months old and he is absolutely loving it! He would now run to his room every morning and just waived us goodbye without even looking at us! All the educators are extremely helpful and lovely.
