We had such a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. Before enrolling my children, I visited around 15–16 different centres, and I’m so happy we chose this one. The centre is always very clean, well organised, and the food provided for the children is excellent. What really makes this place special is the educators. They are incredibly kind, patient and caring. My children absolutely loved coming here every day and were very attached to their educators. As parents, it meant a lot to see them so happy and comfortable. A special thank you to the amazing team: Sagun, Kapi, Tina, Loria, Sunita, Manish, Fiona, , Salma the wonderful director Miss Audrey for creating such a warm and supportive environment for the children. We are very grateful for all the love and care you gave our kids. We will truly miss you all and highly recommend this centre to other families

Your family has been such a joy to have with us, Fatemeh, and seeing your children walk in each day so happy and confident has been one of the highlights of our time together. I am so happy that my little one is going to this childcare, all the staff are amazing, she does so many things and obviously my daughter is so happy there. Very clean and also they follow up on your requests very quickly and give you feedback if you ask them something.

Definitely a centre to consider for the little ones Definitely love this centre! We have moved to this area nearly 3 years ago and on the first day I sent my little one to the centre, she stopped crying and smiled when we picked her up (she used to cry every day when I sent her to the preivous centre) ! The centre has spacious room for kids to play, a very big play area on the ground floor, and a huge balcony area (another play ground) on level 1 adjent to the nursery room. It is the best nursery room I have ever seen as it is super spacious and bright. The educators here are very caring, attentive, and responsible. As I am a very busy working mum, the educators do give me great peace of mind knowing our child is in their care. This is definitely a centre to consider for the little ones, as my 4.5yo loves this centre very much!

We are very happy and satisfied with services provided by papilio .My son is growing well and learning something new everyday. He Always look forward to go to childcare. They have lots of activities and games for kids which help them be happy and active. Facility is well maintained and clean . Good nutrition food provided for kids according to their diet plan. We’ve had an excellent experience at Papilio Early Learning Killara! The staff are incredibly caring, nurturing, and professional. They create such a warm and supportive environment for the children, and it’s clear that they truly love what they do. In the baby room, the caregivers provide plenty of hands-on care and attention, helping our 2nd with their development milestones while making sure they feel safe and loved. We’re so happy with how staff balance routine and play to keep the little ones engaged and learning. Our 1st is thriving in the preschool room, where they're learning new skills every day! The curriculum is well-rounded and fosters both their cognitive and social development. At pick-up they tell us of all the fun they've had that day, and we can see how much their confidence and independence are growing. A special mention to Ms. Audrey, the center director, who has had a huge positive impact on the processes at the daycare. She fosters a culture of inclusivity, always ensuring families feel welcomed and involved in their children’s learning journey. Overall, we feel so confident leaving our children in such capable hands. The communication from the daycare is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved in our kids' progress.

High turnover, inexperienced educators, and persistent understaffing requiring constant consolidation of children from different rooms. We removed our daughter 6 months to her starting Kindy as she endured the departure of 3 centre managers and the loss of 10 educators assigned to her room over the course of 1 year. We desperately wanted to keep her with friends, but the decline of the centre's capabilities was undeniable and the impact to our daughter's development unacceptable. For the sake of your child, highly recommend you look elsewhere

The educators are truly happy to see the kids everyday and have endless educational activities. They put a strong emphasis on ensuring the kids get fresh air which makes my son so happy everyday. Big shout to Miss Kelly who always go above and beyond to love all the kids. Unfortunately new management has really let the kids down. There was a big shift which is why we removed our son.

We are very fortunate to be able to send our daughter Penelope to Bluebird Killara. The love and care that all the educators and staff give to Penny and our family is amazing and we know that she is so well looked after and learning lots every single day. All the educators are truly amazing and give their all to the development of the kids at the centre every day. Our son is starting there next week and we know he will love going there just as much as Penny does. Very happy with our experience at Bluebird Killara. The staff have been very caring and outgoing with their support for both our children. The centre is always very clean and the management efficient and polite. Update. It's not as good now. 4 stars at best.

Highly recommend the centre! Fantastic educators go above and beyond for the children. They are so creative with the activities to entertain kids and also teach them different skills. I feel great as they have created a home away from home for my little one. The centre itself is so clean and well maintained and offers lots of space and activities for kids of all ages. The on-site chef is amazing and, gosh, his cakes taste great!

My experience of BlueBird Killara is very special. This center is truly home away from home . It’s always positive , happy and caring . Catering a beautiful environment For the kids ! As well as proving love and education for the best benefit of the children. The whole team is great ! and the warm smile and caring attitude from team member Nasim makes you feel welcome and for your family to be looked after. Highly recommend this center to other families.

Highly recommend. After relocating to the area we were concerned about finding a centre that we would be comfortable with ‘being fussy’ we have found that BlueBirds Killara has been a great fit for our family. The new manager Megan has been in valuable to help the transition and seeing new staff has been a positive outcome. The centre is welcoming and feels homely.

We attended for 1.5 years and our daughter had several good and caring educators to look after her, groups used to be very small with just 4-5 children in the nursery. Unfortunately, there was too much stuff turnaround, group size increasing without notifying families, meals were not cooked daily and delivered via catering. Communication with the centre weren't great due to centre managers absence in the centre on a daily basis and most of perm staff leaving before 5pm. Now trying to close an account with Bluebird Killara and many email and calls were ignored.

I am Sherry, a mandarin teacher. I started to teach mandarin from term 2 at Bluebird Killara center. The director and her team of incredible educators always offer support at any time I need, so I feel quite happy and comfortable to teach her. Moreover, through my observation, they have created a safe, loving and encouraging environment for all the children, so it makes all children feel happy and confident to explore new things. It shows clearly in my class. Even during the first lesson, the children were keen to talk with me and answer my questions. On the other hand, the educators also encourage all kids to have good manners when they are in the learning process. I must say I really enjoy the time spent with the kids and am so happy to help them learn mandarin. Also with the support of the educators, kids can speak Chinese now!
