We’ve had a really positive experience with this childcare. The educators are very caring and engage the kids in lots of fun and meaningful activities. A special thanks to Adwoa, Chloe, Xiumin and Bianca for being so supportive and attentive. The Storypark app is great for communication and live updates on the kids’ daily activities, which we really appreciate as parents. Our son settled in within just two weeks, compared to his previous childcare where he was for over three months and never fully settled. It really shows that the educators here know how to work with children and support them properly. Also, Manager Sahara has been very helpful and approachable. We’re really happy with the care and support provided.

Being a first-time mom, it's a very stressful time when choosing a CC and planning for the future. Papilio Bella Vista's management team (Shout-out to Shannon and Bree) is so accommodating and understanding. The team in the nursery room is so loving and caring. My 6-month-old son loves the time there with the educators, being cuddled, and trying new things! They let him try different activities and expose him to a wide range of activities!! Love the young and energetic vibe!!

Our daughter started at Papilio Bella Vista early this year. I was so nervous about her starting, but once she did, I quickly realised I had nothing to fear! The wonderful educators treat her with so much love and kindness. Everyday is filled with so many fun activities, and great food. You get real time updates of their routine (eating, sleeping, nappies) and lots of beautiful photos at the end of each day. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of daycare and love watching her excitement when we walk through the doors in the morning. Thank you Bella Vista team, we are so lucky to have you!

My son enrolled here in 20 lexington drive papilio since he was 1.5 year old. Educators helped me and my son to adjust quick by treating us as their family members. He was crying a lot during the drop off, it was a heartbreaking to me— but now he has been here for more than a year now, he really enjoys the conducive and safe environment. I cant thank you enough for the love, care and concern you have shown; the fun and the knowledge you shared. He learns everyday that he always sings new song at home, speaks new words and builds his confidence to be independent and improve his motor skills. Im so thankful to God for leading me to the best child care centre. More power to all the admins and educators of bella vista papilio!🥳

We moved our 3yr old to Papilio Bella Vista's pre-prep 7 weeks ago after his behaviour started to change completely at his previous school, to the point where drop-offs became traumatic and we could see on photos how unhappy he was. Within the first week of his move, we noticed a positive change and he started to be the bubbly, confident little boy we knew from before he joined the previous school. The staff we have encountered have been warm, caring, intuitive and all round great. The school is smaller and more intimate with a big outdoor play area and our son loves the food. Thank you, Papilio, for all your love and care!

We have been attending Papilio at Bella Vista for nearly 8 years. My son started when he was 4months old, my daughter at a similar age. We are in our last year of attending with my daughter as she will be starting big school next year. This isn’t just a daycare centre, it’s my children’s second home. The educators are wonderful and most importantly the bond they have with the children is beautiful. I can’t recommend this centre enough.

My son started Papilio Bella vista when he was 1, as a new mum I expected educators to know fundamental behaviours with kids, however they were all like robots. they couldn't even smile at kids. My son started being stressed and scared of educators. He stopped talking and making a relationship with them. Interestingly, they called my son sick and gave me feedback to see the GP that he might have Autism and ADHA. i asked them to help me to find a solution for it and help me to solve it, they easily said it's not our job. They have too many turnovers on changing educators. rarely you can find someone who wants to get along with kids. They hired 18-19 years old kids without any experience and even any interest in kids. a few of them are very impolite and couldn't smile at parents on drop offs and pickups. I saw educators shouting and punishing kids in front of others and the kid just cried instead of making empathy with the kid. They asked me to see a psychologist if he can get better. After 3 years of my son and my family  suffering from this nightmare, I finally found a centre where my son  has thrived in just 2 weeks. I haven't seen this much happiness on my son's face since he started childcare. Please fire those who don't love kids. They make kids mentally sick, upset, and scared. we meant to trust you to take care of our kids, not making depressed kids for us. they spend the majority of their time in that centre, they learn everything there.

I have had a long term affiliation with Papilio. My youngest was born with a rare genetic disorder which required her to be tube fed and had other additional needs. The beautiful and caring staff were willing to learn and educated themselves around my daughters special needs. The care they provided and continue to provide my daughter is amazing. I highly recommend Papilio - Bella vista for parents of special needs children. They go the extra mile to ensure your child is well looked after and attended to.

The centre in run fantastically and is always maintained to a high standard. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff who are so warm, caring and lovely towards all the children. Two of my children have been through Papilio from nursery to preschool and another to start next year. I'm so grateful to Papilio for providing such a safe and loving environment filled with learning!
