I called around to several bounce house companies and I was not very pleased with all the extra charges that were added on at the end. I was going to be charged for delivery and set up as well which was not discussed even a little bit until I was given the final amount. I was completely shocked at some of these prices and told these companies, no, some of the companies acted surprised that I wasn't going to pay these extra charges that totaled over two hundred dollars more than what I was originally quoted. When I reached out to PA Party Pals I was charged exactly what I was quoted, and there was no hidden cost. They did not charge me for delivery or setup fees and bonus, a current promotion going on, was we could keep the bounce house overnight for free. When they came in to set up, they were very kind, and we're in and out pretty quickly. I will definitely be using them again.

This was a great rental experience! From prompt delivery, set up and review of rules, etc to pickup. The ONLY thing I had to do was plug it in. It was clean, secured firmly to the ground. The owner was friendly, courteous and answered all my questions.

Anthony and his family crew showed up on time Saturday morning at 730am. From the jump Anthony was informative, educational and very friendly. His knowledge and thoroughness not only in the setup, but also the safety and safety explanations is something I had never ever considered with previous bounce rentals. He explained the certification process and how not every organization has them or goes to the level of safety he does. His internal systems for weather and wind tracking for any potential higher winds was impressive (and thankfully not needed), however I’ll be recommending them (and using again) to anyone with a need they can fill. The bounce house was clean, fun and was definitely a great rental for our daughter’s third birthday party. There’s only one rental option for bounce houses in the central PA area now in my opinion and that’s PA Party Pals!

Rented a bounce castle for my neighborhoods block party from Anthony and PA Party Pals. It was an incredibly positive experience. Anthony was incredibly communicative and helpful in making sure everything was set up properly and all safety measures and information was passed onto me properly. I intend to use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone that has an interest in renting an inflatable bounce house.

Anthony and Gwendolyn were amazing! This was my first time booking a bouncy house and I was quite nervous. But PA Party PALs made the process very easy and convenient.
