I have never felt that I needed to post a review before. Panhandle Diesel and Automotive was amazing. I came in asking for service. I Informed them I was passing thru and needed to change the oil and filter on a diesel truck I had bought 1 month earlier and had no idea what oil it needed. The young lady said they could get me in within an hour and she would research which oils to use. I came back in 1 hour and she had several oils to choose from and a Cummins recommendation. My truck went in to the shop and the manager escorted me to watch the service and show off his great shop. The truck was finished in about 35 minutes. They gave me a military discount from observation of my license plate I guess. When I went out to leave I noticed the truck cab had been dusted and swept out, something I have not seen since the 1970’s. Then today I get a text asking if I was satisfied. I was satisfied and impressed with their professionalism and courtesy.

The folks at Panhandle are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I stopped in to get a second opinion on a car I was thinking about buying and their insight proved invaluable in preventing me from making a mistake. We had such a great experience here! They fixed our AC and even let us know about some other things that were going on with our vehicle. Very fast and efficient service! Jeremy helped us get everything sorted out!
They were able to get my vehicle in quickly, diagnose the issue, and have it repaired within the same week. They were also more than willing to work directly with my warranty company, which made the entire process so much easier.
I feel that the service advisor went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was well taken care of and that I was completely satisfied with the service. I truly appreciate the communication and customer service I received and would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing vehicle repairs!
I recently had them go over a jeep I was buying through carvana (7days to get it checked out) and considering the time limit Kayla got me in same day for diagnostics. They got right on it and found extensive issues with the jeep. They gave their honest opinion of keeping vs returning the jeep and everything pointed to returning it, which I wound up doing. I am very impressed and thankful that they passed on getting a high priced repair (carvana would cover) to give me their professional knowledge and guidance in this situation. I reccommend 100%
