Went in was going get a small portion tablespoon of different items. Yet she ignored that and made a big portions on a plate for 3 items more than I wanted but everything I was saying was like not understood then I even asked for 1 egg roll given 2 asked for 1 ragoon given 4, and ended up paying 32$ ! All the tables dirty . Then at 1 am hours later I get a notice my card that I used to pay was used to make purchase for 100$! But not enough funds thank God. So now I got to change my card and lock it . Never again !

Too bad experience everytime . Almost they are out of stock with some of the items and i wait every time more than 15 or 20 min and after that staff says i do nothing. So rude .

Bad service all around. Employees not trained at all. Didn't order anything got tired of waiting. Seating area was dirty. Do not recommend this place. Should be shut down

I went to this Panda Express location to order steak with vegetables and Orange Chicken. The girl told me they didn’t have Orange Chicken and that it would take 30 minutes to make. So I decided to get shrimp instead of the steak with vegetables. My wife ordered Broccoli Beef, and then she told us that wasn’t available either and that we would have to wait another 30 minutes. On top of that, three employees were on break at the same time, which is honestly ridiculous and shows how poorly things were organized. The Asian girl who helped us had a really bad attitude and treated us very poorly. I have never felt this uncomfortable or disappointed at Panda Express before. I really love your restaurant, and this location is very close to my home, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope things improve, the staff are managed better, and customers are treated with respect. I love Panda Express, and I really hope this doesn’t happen again.

I went in there and asked if I could sample the beef brisket. The lady said no they don’t like to sample that I’ve never heard of that at any restaurant usually they’ll give you a taste to see if you like it. That way you’re not stuck with something.

The food was edible but not great I got orange chicken, fried rice, and crab Rangoons you could tell the food had been sitting on the warmers for a long time and they didn't even give me my sweet and sour sauce!!!!

I have been here a couple times, the restaurant is dirty, and the food is barely ok, most of the time it’s cold. You also have to wait forever. It’s slow if you order online and pick up or order in-store. Also if you come anytime close to close they will be out of stuff and you just get what you get.
