I have been using nappies from panda baby since my baby was a newborn and never looked back. The support team are one of the best. Such great response and support from them, even for the silliest doubts and clarifications. Nappies are so soft, absorbent, simple white colour no drama. Never had problem of rashes while using them. Stays put for atleast 8-10 hrs.
Best choice we’ve made as new parents
The eco boom nappies are excellent quality. Comfy for bub and we’ve never had a blow out. And they’re so much better for the environment! Ordering online through Panda Baby Supplies has been so convenient and has avoided the need for trips to the shops in those early newborn days. And they’re great to deal with, responsive and reliable. 10/10 would recommend!
About delivery
Nappies and wipes are really good but delivery takes too long. We placed order two weeks ago and still haven’t received it yet we are running out of panda baby nappies and we have to buy another brand expected delivery date was 22nd of August and today is 24th. 0 star for courier service

We try very hard to make sure your oders get to you in time, and although we dispatched your order on the same day, there was a delay with our courier partners. Feel Good
The nappies are great - absorbent and peace of mind knowing they break down in a short space of time compared to mainstream nappies available. The subscription is great so you don’t have to think about reordering and postponing the orders are easy too. It would be even better if there was no plastic involved in the packaging to further benefit the planet and our contribution to reducing waste. Thanks for providing these great, biodegradable nappies.

Panda Baby subscription service has been not only super easy and convenient but the product itself is so fantastic. Super soft and absorbent. Perfect for babies sensitive skin and doing a good thing for the planet with its environmentally friendly impact, compared to other leading brands these nappies will be my go to.

Super Helpful
Came across Panda Baby at the PBC Expo and they were so kind and helpful with information. We got a package (nappies, wipes, breast pads, nappy bin) and haven't looked back.
Their customer service goes above and beyond as well. I placed an order and signed up for their subscription service and they have me a call to check a few details. Being a new mum I ordered too much of the wrong thing - they talked me through what I'd ordered, asked me a few questions about my daughter's age etc. and then helped me update my order and subscription so that I didn't waste my money. That kind of service is rare!
