Thanks for your review, Viktor. We are sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations and we will revise for sure the iron to see if we need to change it. However, as we want to be clear enough with this issue, we feel the obligation to explain that parking bikes at Petit de Palomar is strictly forbidden, neither in the apartment nor in the common zones, and my colleague simply explained you that; What the house rules say is 'If you need to leave bikes, scooters or prams, please contact Reception Team for the best place' (I just copy and pasted it), but this doesn't mean that the best place is the one you consider the best, but the best based only on the available options, and that's what my colleague made: tell you that the bikes should be parked outside in any of the bike parkings around the city and if not, on the bike rental before it closed. Finally, and although we cannot influence what our clients consider expensive or not, we assure you that the price always tries to be as tight as possible taking into account the situation of the apartment and the time of year.
