This review is a heartfelt thank you to the owners of Palm Massage Spa and their incredibly dedicated team. I travel to Utah frequently for work, and my trips are typically fast-paced and packed with meetings. This week, I booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Bri to unwind and find some pain relief, and the experience was phenomenal.
The spa itself is exceptionally clean, calming, and radiates positive energy. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional, but Bri truly stole the show. Some people are just born with a natural gift for bodywork, and she is absolutely one of them. Her pressure was perfect, and my lower back pain is completely gone. It’s clear the owners care deeply about their business, their staff, and their clients. Palm Massage Spa will be my go to sanctuary for every future business trip to UT!
I’ll see you again soon :)
What a truly heartwarming review! It means so much to hear that your 90-minute deep tissue massage with Bri helped you unwind and find pain relief during your fast-paced business trip to Utah.
We're so pleased you found our space clean, calming, and full of positive energy, and that our front desk staff made you feel welcome. Bri truly is a remarkable therapist; her natural gift for bodywork and perfect pressure really hit the mark in relieving your lower back pain, and we'll be sure to pass along your kind words to her.
It's genuinely important to us that Palm Massage Spa is a place where our guests feel cared for, and we're so glad we could be your sanctuary this week. We definitely look forward to welcoming you back on your future visits!

Respectfully the worst deep tissue I have had. I thought it was a mistake for the relaxation one. I kept asking for more pressure. When she did, it was in the wrong spots and with bad technique. Maybe just me? No it was a couples massage where hers was equally as bad. Not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're truly sorry the pressure didn't meet your expectations. We do check in with our guests at least twice during every session to ensure their comfort, and our therapist noted that pressure was confirmed as comfortable both times. We always encourage guests to speak up at any moment during their session — our therapists are happy to adjust anytime. We're sorry if there was any miscommunication, and we'd love the chance to make it right. Please reach out to us directly so we can find a way to provide the experience you were hoping for.

It was wonderful visiting the Palm Spa today. It was my first time. I had the (Queen for the day) package. Shelly did my massage and Eileen did my facial. They both are amazing. I felt comfortable the whole time that I was there. I will come back and bring more family members. Thank you for making me Queen for the day. Loved this place.
