Absolute Empfehlung für Nadine Emering und dem Team um Luisa und Ronaldo Scacchi von Palm Hills in Cabarete! Wir haben in den letzten Wochen mehrere Villen in Cabarete und Sosúa besichtigt und waren begeistert, wie gut strukturiert und vielfältig das Angebot war, das uns Nadine vorgestellt hat. Die Kommunikation lief jederzeit schnell, unkompliziert und super zuverlässig über WhatsApp – genau so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben, wenn man aus dem Ausland sucht. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, wie entgegenkommend und autentisch Nadine auf unsere Wünsche, Änderungen und spontanen Ideen eingegangen ist. Sie hatte wirklich immer passende Vorschläge parat und hat uns professionell, freundlich und absolut kompetent durch den gesamten Prozess geführt. Letztendlich haben wir eine Villa gekauft, mit der wir total zufrieden sind - also alles richtig gemacht! Ein riesiger Vorteil war, dass Nadine Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch spricht. Dadurch waren die Besichtigungen unglaublich entspannt und reibungslos, gerade weil viele Gespräche hier vor Ort nicht auf Deutsch stattfinden. Die Organisation der Besichtigungen und Termine war perfekt – pünktlich, klar strukturiert und aufmerksam vorbereitet. Auch bei der kompletten Verkaufsvorbereitung inklusive Notarabwicklung hat sie uns hervorragend unterstützt. Wir fanden es außerdem bemerkenswert, wie gut Nadine mit anderen Maklerinnen zusammenarbeitet, selbst wenn die Immobilie nicht direkt im Portfolio von Palm-Hills lag. Für uns war das ein echter Mehrwert. Unterm Strich hat es uns richtig Spaß und Freude bereitet. Wir waren froh, dass alles so gut ablief. Deshalb hat sich aus der Zusammenarbeit auch eine fortlaufende, freundschaftliche Beziehung entwickelt. Vielen Dank, liebe Nadine – wir können dich und Palm Hills zu 100% weiter empfehlen!

We recently bought our new villa in Perla Marina with Jazmin De Oleo. I cannot recommend Jazmin and Palm Hills enough. The level of professionalism and knowledge of the island, the neighborhoods and the laws was unmatched. She made the entire process easy and seamless. The journey started while we were in the USA and Jazmin worked months on crafting a list of perfect properties and areas that matched our crtieria. Jazmin ensured that our time was booked to the maximum to ensure we saw all the properties that fit in our trip schedule. She not only showed us properties, but gave us inside information on areas, restaurants, etc. Once we found our dream home, Jazmin partnered us with an amazing lawyer who helped us avoid an issue with a first property which did not have a clear title, and then ultimately close on our villa in Perla Marina. With the use of a Power of Attorney Jazmin was able to handle all the business of the closing while we were in the USA. Jazmin has many trusted contacts on the island, including AirBNB hosts that we rented from, home inspectors, engineers and various trades people who are readying our villa for our move, including Solar! It is important to have a knowledgeable agent but more imortantly one that you can TRUST. Jazmin is honest and truly looked out for our best interest. She is special and anyone who gets to work with her and know her is truly blessed

I felt she was the most honest and least pushy real estate agent I spoke with, and she also showed me properties the other agents didn’t. One of those ended up being the one I liked most and purchased. I definitely recommend reaching out to her if you’re interested in Cabarete.

Best Decision I’ve Ever Made was to choose Palm Hills Real estate to help me with my property search!!! Real estate agent Iveth was very knowledgeable with the area, prices and extremely patient with my search. Were from florida so it was difficult in knowing the area and neighborhoods and Palm Hills made me feel comfortable they were trustworthy with their opinions and recommendations. We began searching for villas and ended up purchasing beach front Iand. Agent Iveth helped me every step of the way from explaining the process of puchasing in the Dominican Republic north coast to finding me a reputable lawyer and contractor/builder. I will forever be grateful for what Palm Hills did for me! Prior to choosing Palm Hills ive met with other so called real estate agents that seem like fakes or scammers who didnt know the areas or actually ever see the properties i wanted to look at, they were all in it for the sale and commission and never met face to face with me and or had the information i wanted on certain properties. Palm hills has done a fantastic job from start to finish to help me find my new home away from home. Luisa Scacchi and the Palm Hills team have been so pleasant to work with and helping me make sure that they understand my wants and needs that fit my budget.
