They were very courteous and professional. Had some issues and it was nice to know they took care of my vehicle. And with there hours and me not getting off work till after hours it was a breeze to go pick up my car.

Amazing customer service usually people judge me because I have alot of tattoos but Shane white and jhonny where great!I highly recommend you come check them out if your having any problems with your car!

I am so happy I picked them to fix my Crysler Van. I had no idea where to go but I picked them. My Van was leaking about everything. They recommended I have it towed there and they had to do a lot to it. But I left feeling satisfied with their price and believing they were honest and fair.

Arrive at shop 15 minutes after four they close at 5 PM. They were able to get my vehicle in promptly and get it repaired. Excellent service very professional.

From start to finish it was an awesome experience. Joey explained everything to me and worked me in so me and my daughter could travel safe to go out of town. The technicians were super helpful and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. I won’t take my car anywhere else!

I’ve gotta say, I usually hate going to the mechanic — it’s so hard to find a good, honest one around Greenville. But thank God for Palmetto Complete Auto Care!
I’ve got a 2011 Honda Civic that’s my daily driver, and lately it just wasn’t running like it used to. I was even thinking about selling it and getting something newer, but with how crazy car payments are right now, that wasn’t really an option. When I took it to Palmetto, I was bracing myself for a huge bill… but to my surprise, the estimate was super reasonable!
Now my car drives like a dream — seriously, night and day difference. I didn’t even know an older car could feel this smooth again!
If you’re having car trouble, definitely take it to Palmetto Complete Auto Care. Their service is top-notch. Jerry and Shane were awesome — Jerry (the owner) is super down-to-earth and really involved. I love seeing an owner who’s hands-on and actually takes the time to talk with customers.

They got my vehicle in and out quickly and everything works great now. Part of the repairs completed on this visit was warranty work from earlier this year and they did the job with no questions or issues. Would definitely recommend for regular service or extensive repairs. Fair prices and they stand behind their work.
