The first company my insurance dispatched to me ended up flaking out after two hours of waiting. Palmer's got to my car quickly, followed instructions well, and the driver was also very nice :) Wish I would have gotten them the first time.
The towing portion was great. Rich, rhe tow truck driver, was extremely nice, thorough, understanding, and very professional. The problem started the next morning, when I stopped by the tow yard to sign a release to transport the vehicle to my preferred auto body shop. As soon as I pulled into the driveway the trouble began. A young office worker came outside and told me that I had to move my car, with no signs present. Then I go into the "Office", which was actually a 2 x 2 area with a counter next to it. The door opened to the inside, which hit the other gentleman who was already in the "customer service area". Then, this "Karen" employee comes into the area and told me that only one customer was allowed inside (no sign, again) and that I would have to wait outside, in the 90 degree heat! I then started chatting with one of their tow truck drivers, who explained to me nicely that my towed vehicle was in their other yard; no problem with him. At that point young, nasty "Karen" comes outside and starts yelling at me that I am not allowed in the storage area, even though I was far away from the storage yard entrance! When I her that (I was nearing my limit of patience by that point), she then barks at me YET AGAIN, telling me that I would have to wait in my car! I just about lost it by then and told that I am not waiting in my car and stood my ground. She then tells me to get off the property! I replied that I am not moving, and she then threatened to call the police! I told Ms. See You Next Tuesday to go ahead and call the police. Thankfully, at that point Harriet, the office manager, came outside to diffuse the situation. Harriet is a mature, professional, sincere woman whom I respect totally. She was the opposite of that despicable Karen, who should not be allowed to treat customers the way she did! She was nasty and abusive, and would not leave me alone. I had legitimate business at Palmer's Towing and she makes an otherwise nice company look bad, which they are not.
Tow truck driver was outstanding however the lady working the desk was very rude. She was super unprofessional. She told me my tow was gonna be 600 dollars and I asked to see the itemized invoice and was told I could not see it until I paid the fee. So I left and came back in after reading up on some laws about max fees on towing. She then lowered the bill to 450 which still exceeds the allowable. I do not recommend this place at all.
Wow, Richard was so great. Out in such a short time, so friendly and helpful. Got the car jump started so didn’t need a tow. Reasonable price too. Highly recommend them!
I was impressed. I had a pretty complicated tow, needing a sled. They made sure nothing scraped the ground and got my vehicle on and off the flatbed successfully! Very nice, friendly, respectful guys. Answered all my questions. Price was expected for the amount of work they did.
Palmers Towing is great! They have excellent communication, are on time, and take great care of your vehicle. They are going to be my go to towing place from now on.
Friendly tow truck driver and good job at hooking my car to the truck, gave them my keys. I’m trying to reach back out about my vehicle and there is no answer to the company-can not get a ride up there. If you or anyone can reach out about my car via phone or email.

If Google offered the option of 100 stars, I would select all 100. In a time where customer service and going above and beyond are sometimes limited, Palmers Towing left a lasting impression of exemplary service.
My vehicle was in a garage with limited accessibility and hours of operation. However, that did not deter Palmers towing who even picked me up and went way out of their way on a weekend. It was Super Bowl weekend actually. I can not say enough about the service and assistance that Palmers Towing provided to me. I will never forget the kindness, willingness, and the without hesitation to go above and beyond attitude by this company. Amazon has a organizational value of "customer obsession", which Palmers Towing has mastered.
