☺Lo mejor de todo, el parque, la vista al mar y la calidez del personal.
Nos recibieron con una copa de Proseco en la terraza con vista al mar. El alojamiento es excelente. Por el mismo precio que pagas por una pequeña habitación en Termini, gozamos de una estadía en un hermoso palazzo a 40’ de tren de Roma. Volvería sin dudarlo.
☹El calefactor de agua no funcionaba tan bien.
Beautiful old home in great location. Nice beach near by. Accessible to nearby towns by train station which is a 5 minute walk away. Service and dinner was excellent.

Fantastisk flott sted, kommer gjerne igjen.
☺Beliggenheten er fantastisk. Du har stranden rett over gaten og det er flere restauranter i nærheten. Stedet ga en følelse av luksus. Vil absolutt bo her igjen. Personalet var veldig imøtekommende og hyggelige. Badet er veldig flott!
☹Det kunne vært et speil over den ekstra servanten på badet. I tillegg kunne det også være såpe og ekstra håndklær der. Skulle gjerne også hatt et stort speil på rommet slik at du kan se hele kroppen din.

☺Un hotel boutique gestionado por una familia, en la que nos sentimos muy cómodos y muy bien tratados. Estuvimos sólo una noche. Está en las antípodas de los grandes hoteles. Cálido, cómodo y hogareño.
☹Todo fue muy bien. Es raro que el baño y la habitación están separados por unos pocos pasos, lo que no implica ninguna incomodidad, pero es infrecuente.

☹ I would not pick this place if I knew that the bathroom was not in the room. You have to go out in the main corridor and there you have your private bathroom. For me personally, it is uncomfortable.
The breakfast on the second day looked like a leftover from the previous day.
It is located between the railway and the main road, so imagine how loud it all is.
The palazzo itself is amazing and beautiful. But for me, it was not worth the money.

☹ The bathroom in our room was not in our room but in the corridor and u needed access with your room key. Use per room though.

☺Palazzo storico in stile liberty sulla passeggiata del lungo mare,già solo l’impatto visivo merita un soggiorno. Camera vista mare suggestiva. Ottima pulizia. Bagno privato ma non in stanza per necessità di mantenere la storicità del luogo quindi più che giustificato. Purtroppo colazione fatta al volo ma servita sulla terrazza del giardino,molto elegante.

☺ Everything! The staff were so lovely, very helpful and kind. Cooked us a beautiful meal late at night when we our arrival was unavoidably delayed. The rooms were well furnished and spotlessly clean. Really great start to our holiday, would have loved to stay longer.
