I am very disappointed at this moment. I live in the UK, I purchased scale changing harmonium in June 2025, it was delivered on 25 June and I first played it on 27 June. I noticed one reed was not sounding properly so I immediately contacted. It’s been over one month that I have not been properly guided how to fix the issues, I followed the first advice but it didn’t work. Now due to time zone difference and personnel travelling abroad, inspite of contacting few times and waiting patiently, I don’t think I am getting right customer service for such an expensive product. I do not know how this will be solved or if at all it will be solved. I have already paid such a huge amount, this is for my daughter, she can’t now use it properly and I am feeling like I am stuck. I definitely expected better customer service. Very disappointed. Thanks
