I contacted The Painting Edge to do an estimate on a small bathroom ceiling. Todd immediately responded to my query and arranged for a time to stop by. He arrived just when he said he would. As it turned out the ceiling didn't need to be repaired, just repainted, which we wanted to do ourselves. He didn't charge us anything and followed up with a clear, detailed text about the kind of paints we'd need and how to apply them. He even said we could show his business card at a local store to get a discount. Overall he was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and generous. If/when we do need repairs done in another room, The Painting Edge will be my first and only call.

This is the second time we have used The Painting Edge. The first time we had a significant amount of interior painting. They did such a fabulous job, that they were the first company I called to take on a refresh of our staircase and repainting the exterior of our front door and sidelights. The photos show the before and after of the staircase. It was completely stripped and stained a new color as well as re-painting the balusters and runners of the stairway. The staining expert was fantastic to work with and helped in picking out the best approach and color. We could not be happier with the results. The work was time consuming and tedious, but they did such a great job. They were also great with our dogs, which made it so much less stressful. I will not call anyone else for interior or exterior painting.

This is the second time we have worked with The Painting Edge. Last year, we had a lot of our exterior painting/carpentry done and loved the results. This year, we had wanted some exterior painting done (front door), but mostly wanted work done on our interior. We wanted our kitchen cabinets coated, some drywall repair, and our master bathroom fully painted. Todd arrived to look at the projects to hear what we wanted. He was able to suggest some things that I hadn't realized might be possible. He was never pushy about doing anything extra and wrote up the estimate in such a way that we could pick what we wanted done. Honestly, I loved all the suggestions. Never would have thought about crown molding over our kitchen cabinets and absolutely love the look. I also hadn't known that they could do electrical work to change out the light I have never liked in our master bathroom to two lights. There were a lot of different projects that needed things to happen in a specific order to try to be the least disruptive as possible. Todd worked out the schedule and was great with communication of when everything would happen. Each time new workers would show up, Todd would be there to introduce them. A very nice touch. All the workers (Branden, Richard, El, Willie, etc.) were all very nice and respectful and incredible in their work. When I needed to change when people might arrive the next day, there was never any hesitation to accommodate my schedule. The end results were amazing and even better than I had hoped. I am hoping to work with Todd and his company in the future for additional projects. They were all wonderful and very talented! I would definitely recommend them.

This is our second time working with Todd and team at The Painting Edge. A couple of years ago, they did an expert job replacing baseboards, repairing drywall and painting every inch of our living areas.
This time we hired them, they painted our exterior. They repaired and replaced all the bad wood. Sanded and filled every square inch of the house. Then they hand painted with careful precision. The final product was better than we thought it could be.

Todd and his team at The Painting Edge recently completed a large exterior renovation at our home in Fishers, and our experience was truly exceptional. They provided a comprehensive, one-stop solution—replacing extensive wood rot including siding on one entire side of our house, re-screening a porch, swapping out exterior lighting fixtures, and even building, staining, and hanging custom cedar shutters.
