We used ATD to do the finish work on a small remodel. Clean up some drywall seams, apply knockdown texture, paint ceilings, walls and trim. We also had them freshen up ceiling and wall paint in two bathrooms and exterior caulking on all windows and doors. What a great experience! Dillon came out to bid the job then handed us off to Victor, Israel and crew. On time every day, efficient and courteous! Everything was properly prepared to protect floors and furniture and clean when they finished. ATD will be my go to for any future projects!! Thanks to the entire team at ATD!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this company while seeking an estimate for a home project. After receiving my initial estimate, I reviewed it carefully alongside others I had collected and quickly noticed several concerning issues. Not only were important details about the scope of work missing, but the estimate itself contained another client’s name and address—an alarming oversight that raised serious concerns about professionalism and attention to detail. I reached out to the project manager to address these issues. Although he did answer my call, I later learned it was his day off, and the conversation felt rushed and dismissive. I reminded him that I had been given a 10-day window to raise questions or request changes, and I believed incorrect information certainly qualified. I was then told by the office that the project manager's omissions in estimates were not uncommon and was scheduled for a revised estimate. As I continued asking reasonable questions—such as clarifying paint colors, finishes, and repair details—the tone of communication noticeably shifted. My inquiries were met with frustration, and eventually, my messages went unanswered altogether. After following up again with the office and being told I would receive a callback (which never came), my husband received a text from the project manager stating that we were “not a good fit.” In hindsight, this experience revealed significant issues with communication, organization, and customer service. I’m relieved I didn't move forward with a project of this size—nearly $10,000—with a company that handles client interactions this way. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution and ensure they receive clear, accurate, and complete information before committing.

Observed one of your reps walk directly through my yard (not the walkway) to leave a flyer on my front door, despite a clearly visible "No Solicitation" sign. He then continued cutting through adjacent yards to reach other houses. After looking at previous reviews, I noticed similar complaints from over a year ago, including photos of what appears to be the same individual. That suggests this isn’t a one-off issue, but an ongoing pattern. This kind of approach is intrusive and disrespectful of homeowners’ property. If this is how your company handles basic boundaries, it raises concerns about what other corners might be cut. Not a great impression.

We had 2 men come paint the woodwork, including crown molding, in a dining room and the 20 foot walls in an entry hall. They painted 2 coats and got it done in one day. They also paint the stair walls up to second floor.They were very friendly and professional. I would definitely call again if I have interior painting to be done.

This company is amazing. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is to your liking. David , during our final walk around found things needing fixed that I didn't even notice. All the workers kept everything clean and organized through the whole process. Communication was also great. Never had to leave more then 1 message. I recommend this company. You definitely get your money's worth. If I ever need painting again I will definitely call them. I can't say enough of every single worker that worked on our house. We appreciate all their hard work and professionalism. Update : Dec. 18 2025 Had some bubbles appear, called them and Jesus Espinoh came out and fixed them. He went way beyond what we expected for the repair. Also my husband had surgery and when we came home, he also put our trash cans up after they were picked up. He was so compassionate towards us knowing what we've been going through. You don't get alot of that these days. Thank you River City Painting. You guys are the best!!!!!!!

I recently hired River City Painting for wallpaper removal, skim coating, and painting in my upstairs living room, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. Before choosing them, I gathered five different quotes, and River City Painting stood out as not only very competitive on pricing, but also the most confident and thorough in their approach. From the beginning, Alex, the estimator, was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He set the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding project. Jose, the project manager, ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the crew showed up exactly when they said they would. That level of punctuality and organization is something I really value, and they delivered. A special shoutout to Oscar, who completed the actual work. His craftsmanship was exceptional. I take a lot of pride in attention to detail myself, and I can honestly say Oscar’s work met (and even exceeded) my expectations. Every surface was finished with precision, and the final result speaks for itself. He took 60 year old walls and made them look brand new. One of the biggest challenges with this project was a large popped seam running through the middle of the textured ceiling. Several other contractors didn’t even want to bid that portion due to the difficulty, but River City Painting took it on without hesitation—and executed it flawlessly. You’d never know it was ever there. Overall, this was a top-tier experience from start to finish. Professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and highly skilled across the board. I would absolutely recommend River City Painting to anyone looking for high-quality work done right the first time. I will definitely use them again for all my upcoming projects.

So happy to share another very positive experience about NO DRIP Painting. A few nail pops reared their ugly heads again. Since repairs from last year were still under warranty, I wanted to get problem areas fixed immediately. Appointment setting for my preferred date/time was a breeze. Project Manager (Brandon Tafolla) was on time and got the ball rolling day of job. Dynamic painting Duo of Marcial and Antonio began preparing the room by carefully covering wood floors and furniture. They worked diligently and quickly to complete the job in record time and to my satisfaction. They were very neat and cleaned up everything before departing. I highly recommend No Drip Painting. The communications are excellent. Workmanship is perfection. Everyone you deal with is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Keep up the superior customer service and raking in the well deserved rave reviews! I wouldn’t dream of using any other company for all my painting projects.

Wish I was allowed more than five stars. T. Whitaker is one of the best contractors I have ever delt with, in all fields. From day one, calling Whitaker and getting the friendliest person, asking what they could do for me. I wanted all my rooms in my house painted. Within a day a representative, I do not remember names, came out, did a walk through with my wife and myself to see what we needed done. Within two days we had a quote, covering all of my request. The price for the project was reasonable, once the work was done, I found the price was well worth what was being charged. A date was set to start work, along with an approximate number of days to do the painting. Both start and end times were met. The painters were extremely friendly and cooperative. The painters kept me up to date on their progress. I removed many of the small items from the area, and there were many. The painters took down picture frames and moved all of the furniture, and place things back exactly how they were before. They used top quality paint. My wife and I had a personal problem, I wasn't sure I would be able to get ready by the date we agreed upon. I was told to not worry they would work with me, find a better date. The project was started three days from the agreed date. How refreshing to find a contractor caring more about the customer and not their bottom line. I could go on, but I will end this by saying, anyone that is looking for a professional painting company, T. Whitaker Painting, Inc. is the company to go with.
