I was looking to get the interior of my house painted (all walls and ceilings) as well as my deck stained and sealed. Time was of the essence for me, so when I reached out to Ricardo he made sure to come by and give me an estimate ASAP. For a variety of reasons, Ricardo, and his team, made the experience much better.
1. He made me a priority. I could tell that he was working on another job late into the day, however he asked if he could come by afterwards for an estimate, since I needed the work to be started very quickly. Many other companies would have pushed the appointment to the next day or even further. However, he made the effort to get there when I needed him.
2. The team is knowledgeable. I asked all sorts of questions during the planning phase like types of paints, amounts of coats, prep, and repair. They not only use quality materials but answered all of my questions, as well. Later in the process I also learned that they also do other work like drywall, construction, framing, etc.
3. They do great work. I am highly satisfied with the work that Ricardo and his team have done. They were friendly and respectful during the process. My house looks great and if anything needs a quick touchup or fades quicker than expected, Ricardo told me to give him a call and he will come by and paint/repair whatever needs to be done. He is proud of the work that he does and it shows.
I will absolutely call them when I need my next project done.
