I have been a patient of Dr Arash Nikgoo since approximately 2015 and I and regularly attend Dental Hygienist, Chris Lorkin and as required, Dr Nikgoo. Dr Nikgoo's team are all very good. Dr Nikgoo is especially good at not only his clinical work but also his ability to provide the 'pain free' service. He discusses all treatments required. That includes the pros and cons of the intervention. This also covers the costs involved and there is no pressure to take a particular clinical path. He provides the information for you to make the best decision for you. Recently I have had a crown placed on a molar. This has been a precise procedure. With the use of current dentistry and scanning equipment the crown fits snugly in position. Dr Nikgoo also makes sure that you have any information required following the procedures, including when to contact him if you have any concerns. His nursing team and administrative staff are all very good. They send reminders for your next appointment and are lovely to deal with in person. I highly recommend Dr Nikgoo and his team. I recently went to Pain Free Dental Clinic in Mossvale for a tooth filling with Dr. Nikgoo. To be honest, I was really worried that the treatment would be very expensive, but the price was actually fair and reasonable. My overall experience was excellent.👍🏻👏🏻 Before my appointment, I felt embarrassed about my teeth and was worried I wouldn’t be treated well. Thankfully, I was completely wrong. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr.Nikgoo explained everything clearly in a way that I could easily understand, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole appointment. Now my tooth feels strong again, and I feel much happier and less stressed about my smile. I already have another appointment next week, and I’m actually excited to go back. Dr. Nikgoo is taking a step-by-step approach to my treatment so we can plan what needs to be done next. I’m really looking forward to seeing even better results in the future. I had been to a couple of dentists over the past few years and felt that I had been rushed through quickly without proper consultation. I had spent a lot of money having teeth removed and still things didn’t seem quite right. I visited Dr Nikgoo. He carefully took his time, explained things clearly and identified issues with my teeth that the other dentists had not picked up. The last dentist was green door dental which is a chain. Appointments can take up to 4 weeks. I started to feel that I was just being used like an ATM. I visited Dr. Nikgoo … he was kind enough to see me on the same day. The issues require further work and this verified that my concerns were real. I am so very grateful that I have found this dentist as I now have someone I can trust to move forward with my Dental Care. The receptionist, waiting room and surgery are lovely. I would highly recommend this dentist 😊

Regrettably I have put off dental care for far longer than I should have. The Team here have been amazing in assisting to get back on track. Outline all options pros and cons and allowing me to make an informed decision. Work done as live up to name and all the staff a wonderful would and have recommend to others. Great that they are our preferred provider though HCF as well!
