An absolute disgrace. Maintenance were due and as a landlord, I had to keep following up for a quote for MONTHS and all I got was "we haven't received the quote". No more information.
They then wasted 1.6k to engage a plumber when I later found out there is no leak reported, and of course, the plumber reported they found no leaks!
Is that a joke? These property managers have no skills and no experience working in this field and that's not an overstatement.
My property was advertised for 2 months and still no new vacancy. When I enquired about leasing updates, my lovely Rhiannon replied saying it wasn't her job within the agency and that my property was given to a leasing intern, whose updates I received sporadically. The applications they presented were not thoroughly checked before presenting. They just dump everything on you.
Not even once anyone gave me any inspection feedbacks, that some major maintenance was needed.
And let me tell you, the fish is rotten from the head. Contacted the director, and he was on holidays and took days to reply.
Having worked with multiple agencies my entire life from both sides and I have to say this one takes the crown for being the worst agency I have ever worked with.

I went to an open home hosted by one of their agents where they asked for a phone number which I assumed they would just use to hound me every so often about real estate stuff. However since doing so I get multiple spam calls a day from various numbers as you can see in the attached image

Not recommend you buying from this agent if you don't mind getting a house with nothing worked. I m not saying about the old & existing condition. I saying about lights not working, aircon not working, lock not working, water leakage after building inspection.... nothing work from the house they sell. It's professional ethics to give buyer at least a working house come on.
