Finally had time to leave a review. I built my house only about a year an a half ago and had my builder just do a wooden deck since I knew we would eventually replace it with composite. Little did my wife and I know that we would actually never enjoy our deck on our new home because we always felt unsafe on it and there was something wrong with the deck because our builder did not install it correctly and per code. So I contacted stump decks to get my deck redone. Stumps decks was absolutely amazing and very informative on several options for me to choose from. From the moment they came out for a quote to the completion of my deck it was a pleasure. I even made a change by extending my deck by 3ft and they were so accommodating. I had Kevin, Micah, and Jordan work on my deck and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very respectful, clean, courteous, etc... the attention to details is A1 with stumps decks. I have a concrete slab under my deck that since I was extending the deck stumps had to cut a square out of the slab for the footer of the 6x6 and you would never even know they cut my slab. Last summer I decided to replace our 20 yr deck which was failing. After getting quotes from several contractors I saw a glowing report from a Stump customer. So I called Stump and I was glad I did they gave me better price and a better plan. Stump used 3 crews. The first crew removed the old deck and prepared the ground for the next crew that came the next day. The next crew installed the foundation. The third crew installed the new deck and railings. That was it 3 days I had a new deck that looks great. I received high praise from other contractors that came to my house for other reasons. Also all of the crew members were very nice and easy to work with. I am very satisfied with the work that Stump did and I highly recommend them.

The demo/build guys did an excellent job on our composite deck! Very professional and friendly, answered any questions I had and didn't seem annoyed by it, really knew what they were doing and attention to detail was second to none. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

The employees at Stumps are so impressive. From the planning, to billing, the construction itself, to some follow up questions, everyone has been beyond expectations. My deck is exactly what I wanted, and I could not be happier. The Stumps crew was involved in another property that I owned prior to the current one, so I have had business off and on with them for five years. They are stellar , I'm already saving for my next project!

Phenomenal business. I would rate them A+++. We did a covered deck with Stump’s, approx 650 sq ft in Bucks County. It was a rather large deck and we wanted a reputable company. The covered deck with a heavy metal roof, gas lines for the fireplace and stove, plumbing for the sink. They did an incredible job. The project was well designed by Aaron. Gary and the team gave us a very fair price. Nate and his construction team were so skilled. They used helical piles for the foundation. Pressure treated lumber. Great appliances, beautiful counter, nice masonry stone work. The team left the work area super clean. Respectful guys, great work ethic, and skilled craftsmen. They treated our home and this project as if it were their own.
