Amazing all round experience!

Great resort, close to Animal Kingdom park. Not far from the other parks with bus transportation.

I cannot say enough good things about these Disney value resorts. Rooms are big, clean and well furnished. Food is good, abundant and inexpensive. Always multiple vegan and vegetarian and gluten free options. Plenty of activities for the kids, pools are always clean and safe. Very pleased, as always.

The place is aged, I think it could use a refresh. There is no room service. Can't get food delivered to your room. The diner serves fast food with adequate quality, but if you order a ceasar salad they'll give you some lettuce and cheese. Better stick to fast food. The diner is also not a nice place or an environment where you would want to spend any time at all. The pool is small for the quantity of guests. It was way too crowded all the time. No breakfast. I thought the price didnt match the services offered. I expected more from a hotel from the Disney brand. The only advantage this place has is where it is located and the quick access to the buses - but thats pretty much all there is to it. I won't be going back to this place in the future, if I can avoid it.
