Wow, I was so happy, appreciated and relieved I had such great movers. They were careful, yet consistent. CJ was phenomenal, he'd wrap and placed that funiture in the truck with such precision, it was amazing. Not a scratch on my funiture. I am telling all my family and friends about this company. Chris and Sam were delayed due to a previous move, but they communicated every step of the way and kept me informed throughout the day. Once they arrived, they were quick, efficient, and handled my belongings with care. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well worth the cost. I highly recommend Pack-It Movers to anyone looking for quality service at a fair price.

Carlton and Kevin were great sports! We had them take only the furniture with them. They left before us, and they were already almost done unpacking the truck by the time we arrived. I swear we were on the same highway!

Movers were late. Was supposed to arrive between 1pm-3pm... they got there at 4pm but didn't start until almost 4:30pm. Movers were slow. Hispanic guy constantly wanted to use the restroom and comsin about being tired. Took breaks outside in truck. Black guy wanted to constantly talk. They took several breaks talking about how tired they were. When moving items out of my apartment they damaged the door and the breezeway exit which I have pictures of. They left a table and chair in the parking lot. After getting everything in the truck they were basically joy riding and talking instead of following me to the drop off location. I had to call them to see where they were going. Once to the location they were once again taking their time. The black guy was not remorseful at all when seeing my frustration and bamboozled look for the fees when they were the reason for the extra time. I have moved several times and never experienced this! All of this horseplay and inconsideration ran up my time resulting in me spending way more money than I should have! If they were the last moving company on earth I would not contact them. I would just get a truck and go recruit helpers from Home Depot.
