The vans were sanitized and fresh material was used. They were very neat in their packing and did a very good job mostly except that they started hurrying towards the end when the cartons had to be unpacked. That was the only issue which needs correction.

Decent packers has been the correct choice for shifting my household items. They have been very responsive and did they job in a satisfactory manner. All the items were packed with care and assembled back again properly. Would highly recommend to choose decent packers and movers.

Very good experience with Decent Packers. Reliable and on time. Plus they're responsive and immediately replied to all my concerns. They sent a picture of the truck along with stuff and the driver sent status updates regularly. Plus I was able to call driver and check where he has reached. Overall, I would recommend. Have used other Packers and this level of detail was not provided by them ever.

Very irresponsible people. At 6am they say confirmed and when I call at 8am, they say "we cannot come". Even not ready to give reason. Very unprofessional and unethical approach. They put me into so much trouble. Even after agreeing to their price, which was costlier. Do not get to trouble trusting them.

Moved my house lately with these packers and I must say I am blown away with the speed, humility and good price offering(no hidden costs) It was our first time moving houses with packers and it was super smooth and fluid. Not once we felt we need to reiterate or followup For a 1 bhk movement, they came down by 9 am and packed everything and moved over to new location by 1 pm. By 4 pm unpacking was complete. They are very punctual with timings. Key things I liked about their service: 1) Very straight forward, professional and humble behaviour. Right through booking to the completion of movement. 2) you can book over the phone and they whatsapp you all the details you will need. All the details will be provided over whatsapp in detail. 3) They pack even the small items the way u want and rest assured it is very safe. Plus they will unpack and arrange exactly the way u want. 4) Labour men don't ask for tips or make sull faces. But please do tip them, they are humble and good people. I will go for these packers again and will recommend them as well.

Wonderfully done the entire process of shifting. I had taken Madanlal packers while moving it to storage a year back and chose them again to shift back to apartment a week ago. They meticulously put everything back and also made sure to assemble back all the furniture’s. Things were done patiently without any hurries or urgencies.Madanlal executives made sure everything was checked and confirmed to satisfaction at the end. Its so much of a relief to have someone like Madanlal packers to avoid hassle or mental tension with movement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone shifting or moving around in Bangalore.
