Importantly, I had a fantastic experience with Tori who helped correct an issue I had with my order. Very responsive and made sure it wasn't a big deal. Pacific Pectin offers excellent product at great prices. For example, buying 3lbs of dry mix you can make liquid pectin at well under 1/5 the cost of the well known store bought pouches and it performs the same. You just have to be willing to mix it in water yourself.
Their customer service & support and timely shipping is noteworthy as well.
I have a small jam and jelly busineess, Soaring Swine Acres, in Yucaipa, CA. I started my business using the pectin brand that nearly every home canner knows and uses. During COVID, this former brand could not supply my pectin and then informed me that they would have to limit my pectin orders in the future. I began searching for other brands and fortunately found Pacific Pectin. This is an excellent pectin product and perfect for my business. Their pectin costs me less than half of my former pectin. The agents at Pacific Pectin are helpful and informative, responding to my queries the same day, unlike the other brand. They have never failed to supply what I needed and delivery has always been within two days, usually the next day. In addition, their packaging is much more environmentally friendly than the brand I formerly used. Love this company. Love this product.
