I edited my previous response of 5 stars as things have changed in the 9 months that we have sent our 4 year old for play therapy here. I think their therapist is great but I have questions about the business practices and the way they handle copays. First of all they charge a $1.50 for having a card on file vs. zelle-ing them every appointment even if it is an HSA card. I am pretty sure that this is illegal but they have never responded to me in regards to this. Second I have had more than one phone call about an appointment 6 months later requesting that I pay a copay. It is strange that you would have a card on file, they charge you a fee for having it on file, and then some times they don't run your card for half a year. Great therapist, not so great business practices.

I have gone to a few Psychiatric services practices to help manage my ADD, but I found this practice the best at always looking at what they can do to help me better manage it, making me aware of different options in medication and educating me on how they would work. They are very thorough and pro-active in their care. The PA I work with is very attentive, looking for new opportunities to help, and easy to work with.

The coverage by my insurance and co-pay are so reasonable. My therapist and nurse practitioner are excellent. Even the few times I needed to substitute the therapist and nurse practitioner they were great too.

Assal Tavakoli Parsa Is the worst health practitioner I've ever met she's been late every single time for our appointments She is also clinically lame and only says platitudes avoid her and this place like the plague There's always a scheduling problem labor shortage etc

I had a bizarre experience during my appointment. They informed me all patients have to take a drug test to receive prescriptions for ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I have been taking these medications for 30+ years, and I have NEVER heard of a provider requiring that. Just be aware that if you need to continue medications you've taken historically, even with records, they won't do it without drug tests. I already get these medications through my primary care provider. I wanted to shift care to a clinic that focuses on these issues. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and wasted time, and I do not recommend you seek care here.
