Pacific Mind Health is truly exceptional. The office is welcoming and comfortable, and the staff is professional and friendly. The psychiatrists and therapists are highly qualified and experienced, offering a range of services from medication management to specialized therapy programs. I’ve had a great experience doing TMS at the Long Beach and Irvine locations. Caroline went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and get me set up for treatment. I was really nervous before my first appointment, but Rex was extremely patient and took the time to explain everything to me. The TMS technicians, Khushi and Camry, are wonderful to work with. Very efficient and knowledgeable.

Horrible experience. It’s not a private office it’s a shared co work space shared by several people not other medical professionals, who are just in and out. The dr was rude and dismissive as well as flat out disrespectful. It was an awful experience. If you or a loved one is seeking discrete compassionate care this is definitely not the place.

Very supportive team. They all do try to help and will go the extra mile to make sure everything works out. Couldn’t recommend a better care team.

Mr. Sung Park is one of the best providers I have had in a long while, maybe ever. I wanted to highlight the following feature that is unique to his care: While he listens to the issues at hand, he provides options. What is sometimes missed in this discipline is the underlying issue. There is a *reason* why I employed his services. In our attempt to resolve challenges he takes into account the current scenario and provides alternatives, without judgement and with the utmost respect. On a less formal note, he just seems like a good dude with a cheery disposition. Hope this helps and thank you Mr. Park for your care and compassion.

Pacific Mind Health did the work of getting me qualified with my insurance and provided me with the therapy that I needed. Their counsel and services are comprehensive and spot on.
