Long overdue review but pacific fireside repaired and face-lifted my fireplace and chimney and the work and communication was excellent. The process was quick and smooth and the quality of their work was excellent. Highly recommend Eli and his team for fireplace maintenance or a complete overhaul as they really know their craft and it shows in the quality of work. I now have a beautiful safe fireplace instead of one that was previously dated in appearance and neglected in maintenance.

My gas fireplace had suddenly stopped working and I wasn't sure who to call. I sent out a request on Yelp, and not only was Pacific Fireside the first to respond, they were incredibly communicative, organized, and explained exactly what the diagnostic cost would be. As promised, they called me when they were on their way to let me know the exact time, and were able to fix the wiring issue on site and wound up charging me a lower rate than initially quoted. Knowledgable, personable, and professional every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Pacific Fireside cleaned the chimney and repaired the cosmetic problems on my 35 year old chimney. They also added a chimney cap. Eli was very knowledgeable and carefully explained everything. He also answered all of my questions. I received before and after photos after the job was completed. The work is top notch!

Eli was a fantastic contact. Always responsive and happily worked on what turned out to be a multi part project over the span of several weeks. Gave great advice and actually told us honestly when work wasn’t necessary in contrast to other quotes we received. Pricing was competitive and fair for the work done. Everyone who worked on the project was punctual, professional and left the work site spotless. Would 100% recommend and use them again.

I cannot recommend these guys enough!!! They don’t try to upsell and overcharge. Actually they gave me a quote for $250 to fix my fire pit and at the end I was charged only $150. They were very respectful, on time and very knowledgeable! If you need honest, hardworking and nice people to help you with anything in your home (not only fireplace), these are your go to guys! I’m very happy with their work and called again to fix my pool lights! I wish I had known these guys sooner!!!

Our chimney was cracked and crumbling. I got a quote from another guy, which i felt was high. Eli, the owner came out and gave me a price that was 1/4 what the other guy was asking. It turns out the other guy was really trying to rip me off. Glad i did the work with pacific fireside. Eli is a pleasure to work with. Very hardworking and dependable. The fireplace runs perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company! I had several bids and spoke with many companies and thankfully chose them to work on our fireplaces. Their response time was immediate, the work was done within a few days, their prices were very good but more important was the quality of work and attention to detail. I had serval fireplaces that needed to be inspected, cleaned and have the gas logs installed. They chose logs that have such a beautiful warm flame, nothing I had found before in the stores. Custom work with attention to detail and quality! I would recommend and use them again!
