My family worked with Michelle Arzaga and Jessica Desilva during our darkest moments. They were nothing but professional, compassionate and honest with us through the whole process. Both were excellent at answering all our questions in a timely manner and made the whole situation easier to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services.
Pacelaw Immigration was recommended by a friend of mine and i wrote one Racheal and scheduled a meeting with her where she answer all my question and i can say she was really professional, meanwhile i was in Canada on a Visitor Visa and i have already visited Canada twice prior to my conversation with Racheal and i was lucky to already get an Employer who was willing to hire me but we were told to consult an immigration lawyer for assistance which is why i contacted Pacelaw{Racheal} and She referred me to one Micheal and Cristina and i was asked to pay 6000 Cad plus Hst and that i can pay part of the payment so we can start the Process which i did pay 3000 and my payment was acknowledge and My employer Contacted them and they Started the process, Months passed by and the process seems to be slow and i later found out my employer lost interest in hiring me for reasons best know to him. I immediately wrote Pacelaw telling them the situation which is not their fault and i asked if am entitled for a refund of part of my payment or if the hours they worked on the case can be calculate and see if am eligble for a refund, i demanded a details for worked done and hours covered and Micheal acknowledge my email that he will get a comprehensive detail of work done and hours spent on my case. I waited for 30 days and there was still no response, i guess they ghosted me. Something was Fishy, or maybe he was busy or on Vacation so i rewrite to him telling him to respond with the details of work done and hours spent on my case or he will leave me no choice than to go Law Society and file a complain. Seven day came so fast and i was ready to file a complain but i had a second thought of writing Racheal since she was the one who referred me to Micheal and Cristina and in my write up i told her i was already thinking of going to the law Society but i decided to write her first to tell her the situation. Before a blink of an eye, i received a call from her and She was defensive of her Colleague, asking me if Micheal gave me a specific day he is going to respond. While i guess i will get a respond when i become a Canadian, though She later Apolologize. I got an email from her trying explain the fee their lawyer charge that Micheal is a Senior lawyer that i didn´t add Hst and alot of other story and told me she is going to tell him to respond to me the folowing morning which is Sep 23 2025. Ladies and Gentlemen am writing this review Dec 2 2025 and am still waiting for a detail of how many work were done and how many hours was spent on my case. But am not surprise anymore because a cousin of mine who i introduce to Pacelaw and paid for Consultation and get a respond immediately, Talked to Racheal, and having been writing her since 0ct 2025 on clarity on some issue and till day their has been no respond. I have alot of Questions but i will ask just one.
Pacelaw, do you usually take legal fee and ghost your client when they need clarity?
I had an accident back in December 2021, and just now, in 2025, my case has finally been resolved. Throughout this entire journey, Patricia Edwards & Anu Malhotra were incredibly patient and understanding. They guided me every step of the way, always making sure I was informed and comfortable with the process. Their professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation feel manageable. I can’t thank them enough for their dedication and support. Highly recommend their services!
As a newcomer to Canada, I felt lost after my car accident. I had very bad injuries and didn't know how to navigate the legal system. Luckily, while in the hospital, I had someone visit me and he referred me to Allan Chapnik at Pace Law Firm.
Allan took charge of everything right away. He is a very experienced, senior personal injury lawyer who made sure my case was coordinated and that we used every available resource. He made a difficult time much easier for me.
I always knew what was happening with my case because Allan was amazing at communication. He gave me his personal cell phone number and answered my calls, texts, and emails very quickly, which really made a difference. I needed a lot of reassurance and Allan gave it to me.
Most importantly, Allan got me an excellent result for my case, both with my insurance company and with the insurance company of the other driver.
A big shout out to his law clerk, Jody, too! She was so helpful and showed great compassion from start to finish.
If you need a lawyer who will fight for you, keep you informed, and get a great result, choose Allan Chapnik and Pace Law Firm!
Hope you don’t need a Personal Injury lawyer, but if you do…. Allan Chapnik…Highly Recommend
After our son was involved in a serious motorcycle accident, we retained Pace Law—specifically Allan Chapnik. Allan and his entire team delivered on everything they promised, and more.
We didn’t know where to start and had no idea we would even need a lawyer for something like this. I hope that if you’re in our situation and reading this, it helps you make a very smart decision. You need a professional team who genuinely cares for you and your entire family—and that’s exactly what we found with Pace Law.
Our son suffered a traumatic brain injury, and the experience, compassion, and professionalism shown by Mr. Chapnik and his team were invaluable. They truly understood our son’s needs and brought in the right experts to support his recovery and well-being.
Pace Law became a huge part of our support system. We never realized how much work would be required to deal with insurance companies, but Allan and his team took so much off our shoulders. We always felt our son was protected.
From start to finish, they took care of us and were always available when we needed them. Responses from Allan and his team were consistently prompt, and their advice was always clear and easy to understand. Allan was dependable, credible, and never judgmental.
We are deeply grateful for everything they did for our family.

Thank you Pace Law, and thank you to Allan and his team without your care and attention I don’t now where we all would have ended up. You made our lives better when they were at their worst. There aren’t words that can ever express our gratitude.
We recently worked with Pace Law Firm on a legal matter and were extremely impressed by their professionalism and outstanding service.
They handled the entire process efficiently, requiring minimal involvement from our end.
If you're seeking peace of mind and proper handling of your case, their services come highly recommended.
The worst experience ever. Marta was assigned to my case. There was no communication and ZERO guidance from her. My phone calls and emails went unanswered. This was my first car accident, I did not know what the process was. I would get letters from the insurance company not knowing what to do and when I reached out to her there would be no response for weeks and months. Big regret going to this firm. I've since spoken to other injury lawyers and I know now that Pace Law did not handle my case properly.

My wife got involved into a car accident (the other party's fault) three years ago. She got injured on the neck, shoulder and back, dandher car was total lost. It was totally horrible experience. Luckily we got referred to Pacea Law by one of our friends. He introduced Nancy- personal injury lawyer who is very professional, experienced, patient and intelligent. She and her assistant Marilyn helped us from the day one when the accident happened and went through all the necessary medical examination and treatment, following injury recovery....etc. We filed a lawsuit based on her legal advice and successfully settled the case 3 yrs after. We just got the settlement today, We really appreciate the effort what she has done in the past three years, can't imagine what happened without her help professionally. We would highly recommend Nancy if any one of you need help.
I cannot thank Edward enough for taking my case on and bringing the requisite professionalism and experience necessary to counter what can only be summarized as an outlandish situation. I would not hesitate for one moment in calling him again for any of my legal needs and would gladly recommend him and his team to anyone.
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Nicholas and Ashley for their exceptional work in handling the closing of our mortgage. Their professionalism, patience, and diligence in navigating any complexities and ensuring everything was in order for the final signing made a world of difference. We are so relieved and grateful to have had their support throughout this process.
Patricia and Anu were my legal team at pace law . They bent over backwards to help me my case. Everything i needed in regards to treatment they got for me. They are amazing people to have worked my case and I will refer everyone to see these people. I am very happy with my settlement. They are amazing people.
We worked with Nicholas Cutaia & Ashley Spicer for the closing of our first home and did not have a very pleasant experience.
Firstly, I had to follow up multiple times to receive answers to my inquiries. Ashley never pick ups her phone and never calls you back.
Secondly, Nicholas forgot what type of application I had to submit and requested documents that were irrelevant to my case. When we finally got on the same page and I submitted the requested documents, they said they never received it and I had to re-submit it about 5 times before they realized it had already been received.
Thirdly, Nicholas did not do his due diligence when taking the handover from the sellers lawyer regarding the property tax payments. Once I got the keys and followed up with him and Ashley to confirm when my installment was due and what the amount was. They told me to call The City to confirm. I called the City and spoke to other home owners and they all informed me that this information should come from your lawyer and no one else can help you. After weeks of following up for the right information. Nicholas finally calls me and tells me to divide the remaining tax amount for year by 6 months and make a payment. I did that and when I eventually got my property tax bill, I realized he did not know what he was talking about and just gave me the wrong information to get me to go away. I ended up having to pay interest and penalties for the late payment. I did send him an email to let him know and he did no bother to reply.
I think these things are just very basic things any good lawyer would have covered. I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere next time.
Very disappointed with my case. Thisari (the lawyer) completely didn't care about the case, wasn't able to prove the right, so I ended up with nothing. My case was complicated due to liability issue, but I had so many things to prove my right, but Thisari didn't put any effort.
The worst lawyer I've ever dealt with. This is one of the examples that good school doesn't make you being a good lawyer.
She completely didn't care and clearly wanted to close the case to not deal with proving someone's right.
I am very disappointed.
