Luke has been an amazing help from start to finish of our mortgage process. With me being self employed obtaining a mortgage presents greater challenges as opposed to being employed. Luke listened to my situation and was able to tailor a solution which allowed me to obtain a mortgage. He is very well versed with what is possible and unlike most brokers Luke did not lead me up the garden path or say that xyz was not possible etc. I would highly recommend Luke for more bespoke solutions. I believe mentioning to an agent or seller that you have a wealth manager as opposed to having a mortgage broker carries weight when it comes to negotiations. I cannot thank Luke enough for his support, knowledge and transparency whilst upgrading my income protection plan.
