Khadeeja was the star here, explaining in detail info about the Inogen Rove 6 Oxygen concentrator, when I still understood so little. AND, after ensuring I would receive it the next day, pulled strings to get it to my door not only the same day, only 3 hours after payment 🤩. Thats unbeatable service!!
True to her word, its light, super simple to use and, after opening the box I realised its the same one my Dad purchased a few years ago and he is super impressed with his. Just yesterday he decided to pull it out of storage, check if it works and charge the battery to make sure if he ever needs it again, he has taken good care of it.
All together 2 happy customers and 1 happy daughter!!!!!!
