I had such a wonderful experience with Oxfordshire Relocation and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a home. From the very beginning, she immediately started searching for apartments that would work for me, which was incredibly helpful as I was still in the US and unable to view flats or speak with landlords myself. This included finding the places, doing the review on them, arranging the viewings, taking videos, making me aware of any issues, communicative with the landlords, and keeping me informed throughout the process. My situation was a little more complicated because I was moving with my cat, but I always felt that she genuinely advocated for me and helped navigate those challenges, and we were ultimately able to secure a flat that I’m so happy with. What really sets Oxfordshire Relocation apart, though, is the care that continued well beyond simply finding the apartment. She stayed in consistent communication with me throughout the entire process, checked on the flat before I arrived, helped with parts of the check-in process, and even helped clean up some of the dust left behind by painters who had been working in the apartment. Moving internationally and arranging everything from another country can be overwhelming, and having someone so thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt comfortable made such a difference. I felt incredibly well looked after from the beginning of my search through moving in, and I’m so grateful for everything. I highly recommend Oxfordshire Relocation!

Finding a property in Oxford can feel like applying for a place at the university: fiercely competitive, occasionally baffling, and enough to make you question your qualifications! Thankfully, Oxfordshire Relocation helped us through it with patience, good humour and exceptional attention to detail. It was a tough search, but their support made an enormous difference. When work became particularly busy, they were an absolute godsend. Having someone who understood what we needed and kept things moving took a huge weight off our shoulders. After spending a few years abroad, We needed to relocate back to the UK for work. I contacted Liza to see if she could help me find a home in Summertown Oxford. Liza was beyond helpful and very quick to view properties, She checked them all over sending me walkthrough videos and separate pictures of any damages ext. She was truthful about the properties conditions and we did not feel pressured to take a property due to time sensitivity our side. We secured a beautiful home and liza made sure a small issue seen on the viewing would be sorted before move in, this was confirmed and done and we are now happily settled in the new home.
