I had my siding done by Owen Enterprises this month. I really liked that the owner, Scott, sold his product without the pressure of the hard sell. He offered extras, but didn’t push when I picked and chose what I wanted. The team that did the work did an amazing job, even when weather and some surprise issues with my porch’s structure set us back a bit. I’m very pleased with how it all turned out!

Owen Enterprises recently completed a complete roof replacement at our single family residence. Owen did a great job on our roof approx. 25 years ago and after storm damage last year did an excellent job again. His highly experienced foreman & crew were efficient, thorough and did a great job staging & cleaning up. Owner Scott is extremely knowledgeable and provided us very detailed information & options for the project. We highly recommend this contractor.

We got 9 quotes for our roof replacement which insurance was requiring for new coverage on our home purchase. Owen Enterprises made our list because they had done the previous roof 20 years prior. They weren't the lowest of the 9, but they also weren't the highest either - and most importantly, knowing that they've been in business for this long in this area gave us a much better feeling than the lowest cost roofer who had only been in business for 5 years (and who knows if they'd be in business in the next 5 years). Scott met with us, walked us through all of our options, answered our questions, shared his expertise in an approachable manner, and we hired him. His team was efficient and communicative. They were quick to address any of our feedback. And huge shout-out to them for getting our roof done before winter set in!

OE replaced my roof and while they were at it, 2 skylights at the same time. Appointments were all on time, my job site was kept tidy and the work crew was friendly and responsive to all my questions along the way. And the Architectural shingles look great.

Owen Enterprises does excellent work. They resided our home and installed some brand name leaf guard system in the gutters. If you know a little about construction you will appreciate the craftsmanship that is put into their work. Vinyl siding seams are nicely hid, so when you are standing curb side you can't see the seams. Starting tracks are properly attached to wall sheeting, as well as chalking the appropriate seams. Very well done. Oh yeah the clean up is superb. I have only picked up 5 to 6 nails. To compare to when we had our roof replaced, I picked up at least three dozen nails. I would recommend Owen Enterprises.

We called Scott around Fall 2024 after wind kept blowing shingles off our roof. Without paying him a penny, he worked with us to file an insurance claim and did all of the work himself. (Sadly, we ended up not getting anything, but he tried!) In Spring 2025, we decided to do a roof replacement. The cost seemed reasonable, and the final product looks good. There was a minor issue where water snuck in the new roof around a vent exit, but they caulked it very quickly and there has not been an issue since. Scott is very knowledgeable, on roofs and other areas of the home as well. He came out an additional time and gave free advice on a different water issue we were having. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a roof or related home repairs!

Owen is hands down the most professional certified in all aspects roofing contractor in the area. Starts with Scott Owen gettin the multiple estimates to you asap. You get many options to choose from. We needed 4 velux skylights and a roof. Owen is a certified velux installer and recommended by them as well, so it was a no brainer to have the roof installed with the skylights. They sent out a crew and finished the roof and skylights in one day! We also opted for new gutters and downspouts with the "gutter dome" leaf guard system that they are also certified on installing. That was completed on the 2nd day. I've worked in the trades my entire life and I can tell you there is not a better company than Owen. 10 stars for sure. Highly recommended!

Scott talks the talk but walks the walk. He does everything he tells you he’s going to do. Very rare in the contracting business. Great company to work with.

I am a general contractor and very particular about the finishes to my home and I can say that the workmanship, organization and clean up after the job was done, exceeded my expectations. The crew worked hard to complete the work on time and they were courteous and transparent throughout the entire process.
