I'm not normally one to review, but wow, great company. Came home on Monday to find one of my torsion springs had sheared. I'm big on DIY, but a quick YouTube review told me to call around for the sake of safety and time. First company I called quoted north of $600 and couldn't make it out until Wednesday. Overhead quoted way lower and would dispatch within 4 hours of calling.
Technician was polite and professional, got the job done quick too. Didn't even think to ask, but he caught on I was military and discounted us for that.
After factoring in material cost and the time/safety factor having never done the job myself, I have zero shame saying I'd go with Overhead again for any future garage door issues.

I recently had a new LiftMaster garage door opener installed by Technician Billy from Overhead Door Company, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment he arrived until the job was finished, Billy demonstrated exactly what you hope for when hiring a professional—knowledge, attention to detail, patience, and genuine pride in his work.
The installation itself was exceptional. Billy took his time to make sure everything was installed correctly, neatly, and securely. His workmanship was obvious throughout the entire process, and when he finished, everything looked clean and professionally done. The new LiftMaster opener operates incredibly smoothly and is amazingly quiet. Compared to my old opener, the difference is night and day. The garage door opens and closes with very little noise, and it's clear the system was installed and adjusted properly.
What really set Billy apart was that he didn't just install the opener and leave. He made sure I understood all of the new features. He walked me through how the built-in camera works, showed me how to access it, explained what it could do, and answered every question I had. He also programmed all of my remotes, verified that everything was working correctly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before he left.
Billy also explained the integrated overhead LED lighting system that comes with the LiftMaster. He showed me how it functions, what to expect from it, and pointed out features I probably would have overlooked on my own. It's clear he wanted me to get the most value possible out of my new opener instead of simply rushing to the next appointment.
Another thing that impressed me was that he took the time to improve my second, smaller garage door as well. He installed a supporting brace to help prevent the door from buckling over time, which gave me confidence that he was looking out for the long-term reliability of my garage doors—not just completing the job he was originally scheduled to do. That level of care and attention is becoming harder to find.
Throughout the entire appointment, Billy was courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. He communicated everything clearly, kept the work area clean, and made sure every detail was taken care of before considering the job complete. It's obvious that he takes pride in doing quality work and providing excellent customer service.
Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I've had. The new LiftMaster opener is outstanding—quiet, feature-packed, and exactly what I was looking for—but Billy's professionalism and expertise made the experience even better. If you're considering a new garage door opener or need service from Overhead Door Company, I highly recommend requesting Technician Billy. His workmanship, product knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Five stars all the way.

I was easily able to make an appointment overnight and they were able to come out the next morning. They came at 9 am ( well within the time frame that was given) and they finished within an hour. The two who came to repair the door were able to figure out the issue and gave me choices and advice which was very helpful. The door works so beautifully now. It doesn’t make that loud noise that was happening before it broke. So happy that I went with Overhead Door company.

Came out the next day to do their "tune-up special", and I asked them to reconnect the wifi to the opener. A very brief power outage screwed up the wifi on the opener, and I don't like to crawl up a ladder to press the buttons. When they left, 30 mins or so after they arrived, all was back online and working. And the door itself was in good condition so I didn't need any work on it. They made sure to lube all the appropriate places.
