They installed a damaged garage door almost three months ago. They came out to replace it and the repair parts were damaged. I have tried to speak with a manager but there is never one there. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

We had a very bad garage door situation on a weekend, with a complete failure of the system that made it inoperable with a vehicle still inside. This team came the same day, took extreme care to minimize as much damage as possible and were able to fix the bent parts in a few hours. Highly recommended for any garage door needs you have.

I felt compelled to leave a review regarding Don’s professionalism. I originally called to schedule a garage spring replacement, but after inspecting it, Don gave me his honest professional judgment that the spring still had some life left. I really appreciated that he didn't try to rush a replacement just to make a sale. I will definitely be contacting Overhead Door again when the time comes. Highly recommend!

My garage door appeared to be slipping out of gear or not engaging, the motor was running, trying to work… I tried too many times and a belt snapped. I called Overhead Door (on the great big sticker) and a technician came the next day. Larry took a looksee and knew exactly what the problem was. He even called corporate and ordered the belt required under warranty! I called when I received the belt and Larry installed the it less than a week later. For a problem, it was a perfect solution. Resolved even before our current snowy mess!

I built a new home with McBride only 14 months ago and my garage won't close. Overhead wants $100 to come out and look at a garage that is 14 months old. What a joke.

They came out to look at my 2 garage doors very quickly. The guy told me there was nothing he could do to repair them and I would get a phone call from the office the next day. I never got a phone call back and they took my $100 service charge. Horrible service and do not recommend. Find a smaller company to do your repairs.
