Garage door chain came off sprocket and technician came out, identified the problem, explained what happened and fixed it. A new door opener had been installed a couple of months prior so it was under warranty

Nathan went above and beyond ensuring we were well taken care identifying the cause of a complex issue causing ongoing mechanical issues that over time would have caused more abnormal wear and tear thus saving us a lot of money in future expenses for our garage door.

Courteous staff. Prompt service. Technician arrived early morning the day after I called (inside 24hr response!). Door was back in order by the time I returned home from work, like nothing had ever happened.

Needed assistance resetting my keypad. One company that shall remain nameless (A1 btw…) couldn’t get a tech out for a whole week…. Headhead had a dude out in 30 minutes with no BS…. Absolutely fair pricing….

Beware the ROLLING ROBBERS who won't give you a price for a new opener over the phone. Overhead Door OF SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN (OHD sells franchises; not all the same company) gave me the right up-front price for what I asked for, and their service tech REPAIRED THE ACTUAL BROKEN MACHINE (MUCH TO MY SURPRISE) saving us over $300. Hats off to OVERHEAD DOOR OF SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN! They're GOOD OPERATORS!

Turn around time was excellent. Service both over the phone and in person what thorough. Their replacement parts are LEGITIMATE. (I had the same ones from Amazon; however, mine didn't work and theirs did!). The service technician also took the time to teach me how to best maintain the lifespan of my garage doors. They have the heart of teachers!

They did everything they said they would. The appointment was made for the next day. The tech called enroute to my home and arrived within the promised arrival window.
A broken cable was replace along with the working cable, lubed and inspected. I expected to see the Overhead Door name on the truck rather than the parent company was the only surprise.
Dependable, reliable, and timely.

We have used Overhead Door Company on several occasions previously. This time they were fabulous as always. Making the appointment was easy, and the appointment was scheduled for the next day. The gentlemen called when they were about 20 minutes away, they arrived promptly and completed the job quickly. The guys were great - they were professional, courteous, friendly and went above and beyond. It was another pleasant experience all around. They are our go-to garage door company.
