Tony from OHD came out the next day after calling and he was very polite and knew what he was doing. He showed me some things about the garage door that I didn’t know, so I learned something new:) Tony had the exact part my door needed and he fixed it in about 30 minutes. These guys were great! We live 30 miles east of Santa Fe. No extra trip charge. Brian was our installer. He did great work. We had a new opener installed and he did maintenance on the garage door at no extra charge.

I am pleased that the spring on my garage door got fixed in jiffy time. The first time they came, which was the day after I called, they did not have the correct spring in the truck. They came back the next day with the correct spring and fixed not only the one that was broken, but both on that door. Thanks Trey!
