Dennis was above and beyond with helping with my garage door, he fixed things I never knew was wrong with it! And came before I had to be at work! He Reprogrammed my keypad so I could use a code and a button opener, Amazing. I would recommend Dennis everytime

The Overhead door technician arrived to our home on time and Even texted us prior to getting there. His work was very professional as well as his cleanliness. And their pricing was literally $400 less than a local Handyman. They are definitely a 5 Star service provider.

The installer tried his hardest to get my old door opener to work he spent extra time on it but to no avail the motor was bad ! So he put a manual lock on the door and a rope so I could open and close the new door !

I cannot speak enough for Seth and Stone(a trainee who was also awesome) They came to my home and fixed the multiple problems that had kept happening again and again with my garage door, and Seth solved it all! I couldn’t be more appreciative! I’ve left other positive reviews for other techs with Overhead, but Seth was next level! He also explained things to me in a way that I could truly understand, and he gave me the “why’s” of the problems that were continuing to happen, and then the “how’s” of how he was going to try to fix it. Seth is so good for your company, and as a major chain restaurant General Manager, I knew that your owners would want to hear these things about him. It’s so much more important to report the good, than the bad. Well done with Seth, he is winning points for your company/local reputation, I’m sure all over town!

Two weeks ago my solar LiftMaster gate opener became unresponsive. The tech failed to arrive on the day he was scheduled, so I called and he got here the next day. I explained that the batteries probably needed to be replaced (as I had done when I scheduled the appointment). He found the gate to be operating correctly, and left. For that they charged me over $200 (they wanted to charge over $400 but their boss said to charge what I was quoted on the phone for a service fee).
Two weeks later the gate once again became unresponsive. I called the OTHER gate company in Pueblo who had serviced the gate opener in 2021. They got here on schedule, diagnosed battery failure, drove away to purchase new batteries, and returned an hour later. All for 25% less than I paid Overhead Door.
This was the Commercial wing of the company because they deemed a house with a solar gate should be serviced by their commercial techs and charged commercial rates. Maybe the regular techs deserve the 5 stars given to this company, but I won't use them again.

Friendly, professional service. The few things that needed correction where immediately corrected. I was offered a upgrade with no extra cost. It was a beautiful garage door that was in stock already. I am very happy I picked overhead doors to replace my garage door

My garage door wasn't closing so I called the company. They were at my door the very next day and repaired the motor. Very nice, knowledgeable young friendly man who also have me a tip on my weatherstripping.
I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg (because it was the company and not a friend) but the price was more than fair. I will always call overhead door before I call anybody else.
