Outstanding service. Had an opener replaced that had to be 25 years old. They got it installed, but there was an issue with the door pad. They came back same day, but that one didn't work either. They hopped right on the issue, ordered the part, and got it in and working. Kept me informed the whole way. Professional, friendly, couldn't have asked for better. Even when things weren't going right, they made sure I had nothing to worry about. Would recommend their service to anyone!

My service guy Treyvon was great. Good office service rep. Price is a bit high for the door opener i got, but at this time doing it my self was not an option. The extra fobs/key pads are insanely high and preparatory to OD. But as a whole great service and that is what the extra $$ count. I will continue using OD

Don’t call for service work had tech out to my retired parents place didn’t even climb the ladder to look at opener and told my dad it would need a $500 board, called a different company myself was able to troubleshoot over the phone in a few seconds and told me what it was, limits needed to be reset and walked me thru doing it. Don’t always trust the big guys
