Before sending a tech out you need to communicate "clearly" that you charge for estimates ($68.64). How pathetic. We went with another company for our install.

The technician was as a really nice person. He explained the problem, worked efficiently. The cost was very reasonable. Couldn’t have been more pleased. And I didn’t have to wait two weeks to get on the schedule. They worked me in the next day!

We didn’t know why our door wouldn’t lift, even manually. My husband suggested that I call Overhead Door. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and said they’d send someone out same day. I could even choose the time frame. The technician came and quickly found the problem- a broken spring. He was able to fix it in under half an hour.

Josh Kurtz was very professional and worked very quickly. He took the time to explain in detail the nature of the issue and the fix that was applied. In addition, the price point was better than the other competitors, making the overall experience very smooth.

They had to replace a keypad that was not functioning and replace a broken spring that we had not known about. They were professional and quickly got everything up and running. Would definitely recommend this service.

Had company come out and install new opener and insulated door. The tech was awesome and very thorough, even adjusting weatherstripping so it would not interfere with positioning of the halloween lights the wife had put up around the door. Finished product is well worth the money and whisper quiet opening and closing.
