They never finished the job. Hardware installed incorrectly. Spring tension not right for the 16 by 12 door it won't open. Motor can't handle overloaded. Door opener burned up mother board door currently not working. Never ever use this company and definitely don't pay them in full because then they disappear. Nightmare of a install and nightmare I have to have someone else fix. They will not honor there work or warranty.
Won my dispute with bank not reputable in my book.
To comment below no resolution has been made ? Dave and or Dexter won't return calls once I paid. I have a dispute evidence Email from corporate. No return emails.

I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped us out. He was AMAZING! fixed my garage door in 15 minutes, was courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
