Someone cam over and worked in my broken garage door opener and diagnosed it as a bad circuit board and advised options. My unit was very old and I opted to get a new opener. I asked questions about doing it myself and although I’m sure they would have loved the business of installing it I didn’t feel pressured. Now when I need this unit serviced I will definitely use overhead door in the future for that. Thanks for the service and options given. I was able to save a little money this time because of that and you earned yourself a valued customer for the long run!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE and below budget! I have used them for over 35 years for my garage door needs. They have been quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. When I called the office first thing in the morning, she was upfront and honest to advise me that they may not make it the same day but would definitely be there the next day. When the technician arrived, he looked to see if the unit could be fixed and due to the age (26 years old) the gearbox was worn out and only option was replacing the unit. He provided me options that they had available and what best fit my needs. He advised that he had units with him and could replace if I wanted to do it immediately. It took him only a little over an hour to replace everything. I was expecting a large bill for a complete replacement, and they came in considerably lower than I expected. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. They are the reason I have been a customer for so many years! Thank You for your quick and accurate service!

Couldn't be happier with my recent install: Immediate contact after requesting an estimate, same-day visit for a professional opinion on my options, and next-day installation once I'd made the confident decision to replace my old opener. Ryan was honest and forthright, obviously expert in the field, and a great guy to work with. I've only got the one garage, but if I had ten more I'd call ODC every time. 10/10, no notes.

I was recommended this company from my neighbor who used them this summer and is very satisfied with their purchase and the workmanship done. Sales representative Paul G. called before the scheduled appointment and asked if he could show up early. You bet! Upon arrival I informed Paul that the garage doors were working fine with no issues other than some weather stripping. He gave them a thorough inspection and then his opinion. No sales pitch. No dire predictions. Just a direct answer to my questions with options for me to consider. How refreshing it is to know that there is still honesty and integrity in the workforce. Although I did not get any work done by Overhead Door Company, I am confident with referring them and will definitely use them when necessary.
