Installer did a great job, was very polite and efficient. I think he was finished within an hour!
Also, scheduled for service with company's online scheduling system and I stated a time frame and that was accommodated.
We’ll definitely used them again when needed!

A service call fee to look at the fading paint was annoying. ODC not standing behind their crappy paint was worse. The franchisee tossing me some paint was appreciated.

We’ve been using Overhead Door Company for many years. They continue to provide us with excellent service. It’s easy to use the online scheduling system and I almost always able to find times that are convenient for me. Our technician, Doug, was actually early to our appointment calling to let me know when he would arrive. He listened to all my concerns, spent an appropriate amount of time addressing those concerns and fixed our problem. He was great and I highly recommend Doug and The Overhead Door Company.

I cannot say enough good things about Anthony and Overhead Door Company! Anthony came out on a Saturday night around 8 PM to help fix my garage door when my car was completely stuck inside. I had to leave for cheer camp and was seriously worried I wouldn’t be able to get my car out in time.
He was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding, and he got the garage door fixed so quickly! I’m so thankful he was willing to come out so late on a Saturday and help me when I really needed it. He truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I was very pleased with the fact that they were able to come out and service my garage door on the same day I called. The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired the door lift arm and installed a new disconnect lock in 47 minutes. I would recommend the company.
