When we scheduled the appointment we specified we wanted a new bottom seal. Technician said he didn’t know that and he would have to come back and I would get a call for another appointment. It’s been 11 days and even after I called to make that appointment 4 days ago and was told I would get a call back I never received a call back. Technician was very friendly,

Great service on a door that was installed by Overhead Door Company. The cable came off the pully so I called for service. They were able to come same day and fix in just a few hours! highly recommend.

Jamie Rodgers came out this morning to help with a garage door issue after the recent snowstorm and was great to work with! Our service window was 8–12 and he arrived right after 8am. He knew exactly what needed to be done, fixed the issue quickly, didn’t try to upsell anything, and the price was exactly what we were quoted. Super nice genuine guy and very straightforward.
