The owner executed a superb job in branding my hat, which I absolutely adore. Additionally, complimentary feathers were added, enhancing its appeal. I purchased a beautiful felt hat from this establishment two years ago, and it still holds up (after many concerts and rodeos) — not only that, they offer free cleaning and shaping if you purchase from their store! I am a novice when it comes to Western Wear, but I always walk away from this place learning something new! Customer service is top tier and the store selection is vast! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to support a local, family-owned business that offers high quality Western wear & expertise! I’ll definitely be back for another hat and maybe another pair of boots! 🤠
Miriam was fantastic helping me with buying for a business event. I also found a black Weatern hat by American Hat company that Ive been looking for. I was impressed with how well the store is organized. I would love to see a store like this in Montana. We had a wonderful high scale Western store but the owner retired and closed up.
