I'm very disappointed with my recent experience ordering a Christmas flower arrangement from this florist. The flowers were meant to be a gift, but sadly they wilted in less than two days. The lilies, in particular, wilted the very next day, which is unacceptable for a fresh flower arrangement I contacted customer service to raise this issue, but the response was very basic and unhelpful. I was simply told that complaints made after 24 hours cannot be accepted without any real effort to resolve the problem I've been purchased flower arrangements from this florist, but this exprience has completely changed my impression. Will not buy from them again. Very dissapointed.
