I can’t say enough good things about Outdoor Living Spaces NW! They recently completed an incredible 850-square-foot deck for us, completely demolishing our old deck and rebuilding it from the ground up with Trex decking. The transformation is beyond what we imagined!

Living Spaces NW did a great job replacing our wood deck with Trex. They were very knowledgeable about the product and offered great suggestions for deck design. The installers did a great job. 2025 Update: We also had our front porch replaced. This was a much more difficult job as the plan was to use the existing structure, however, we found an entire support beam was 50% dry-rotted. Chris and his team once again did an excellent job. The porch awning was well supported throughout the replacement, and the new porch looks absolutely beautiful.
I am very pleased with the work that Living Spaces NW did in installing my large deck. They are very knowledgeable with the Trex materials, as well in deck design and installation. Chris, the owner, is very responsive in his communication, via texts, emails, or calls.

We highly recommend Living Spaces NW! We were referred by a neighbor who had used them for a deck project. Chris gave us a reasonable quote, then ended up reducing it after realizing it wouldn't take as much time or materials as he initially estimated. He was good at communicating with us throughout the project. His crew member, Kris, did an excellent job rebuilding our Trex deck stairs railing. He also did a great job cleaning up after the project was complete. We are very happy with the quality of work and solid installation of our railing!
