EDIT: We've now had our clothesline 1.5 years and I still love it and it's just like new, not a single issue at all.
We have now had our clothesline for 2 months and I love it. So much stronger and sturdier than our previous one (purchased from leading hardware chain).
I especially love the extra mini bit that sits below. It’s so good for underwear and/or towels and the best bit is even the kids can reach it to help out.
The service and communication I received was also high quality. They were so easy to deal with.
Highly recommend Outback Clotheslines product and the company itself.

Customer service was really nice. Really helpful in picking a product and colour. My only issue is that the online instructions called for a 60mm deep hole in the wall for my wall mounted line. But the studs supplied were 100mm. So I had to ignore the instructions to make sure that the studs fit. So a little update to the instructions maybe? But the line is really good quality for a Perth summer.

Speedy delivery and great quality products. We ordered an Urban Series with a Low Line Kit late on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered to Brisbane on Tuesday morning to our surprise and delight. Clothesline is much stronger than our ones from other brands. Only other feedback we have is could add a couple more washers if you wanted but not required.

I recently had a clothesline installed by Outback and from start to finish the service was amazing. I recommend everyone ring or visit as their price was very reasonable. I was told by other installers there would be a three week wait, Outback was a few days.
