New to web site construction? OurChurch.com is a good company to start your ministry of GOD's Will and Word. You'll catch on quickly and they do respond very quickly if you have an issue. Paul, the owner always want to what is on your mind every month when he reaches out with a survey; Robert, the developer is quick to resolve web site issues and has been proven to be sharp as a tack and Erica the Customer Service Representative will pole-vault over the moon to help in any way she can. I am the Tech Person for our website and Live Stream. I am the one who reaches out to the Help Department. Erica Couture is and was so patient with me. Her response time to questions is excellent. She is also knowledgeable. I always leave with my questions answered. I never feel like I am being a nuisance. She was very informative and include additional video to help me to understand even more. I love that OurChurch.com is Christian based! My church is not a mega church. I appreciate that they give us the same quality and care. Finally, I love their Christian partnerships. These partnerships enhance my Church and Organization. For example, Tithely, thejoyfm, etc. Thank you OCC. May God continue to bless the Our Church team.

When starting on this journey, of being our churches webmaster, from an individual who could no longer accomplish the task I was at a complete loss of how to start much less try and make any updates or changes to it. In contacting ourchurch.com I came in contact with Miss Erica and Mr. Robert. Both have been most patient, supportive, and encouraging with me, having answered all my questions either through email or phone.
