Amazing Iceland Tour with Ottó! We booked Ottó for our 10 day tour of Iceland and were very happy with our daily adventures! Ottó seemed to be able to get us into each site ahead of crowds, and found off the beaten path sites for us to enjoy as well. He clearly knew all the beautiful sites, and gave us relevant background information where available. He improved on our initial schedule and also provided some great surprise stops “specially curated by Ottó”. We did a 4-5 hr Reykjanes Peninsula UNESCO Geological Area sightseeing private tour w/ airport transfer to KEF. He is a very kind and pleasant gentleman, he kept us on time and we made most of the short window we had. We visited various sites within the Reykjanes Peninsula, Krýsuvíkurkirkja Church , Fagradalsfjall lava fields, Valahnúkamöl Cliffs lava beach, Kleifarvatn Lake, Gunnuhver Geothermal area, the old fishing town destroyed by the recent 2021 Volcanic eruption, the most charming Garðskagi Lighthouses and fishing village !!

If you’re looking for a true Viking adventure in Iceland, Otto the Viking is your guide! Our family—including our kids, grandbaby, my sister, and brother-in-law—had an unforgettable time exploring the Golden Circle and the Westman Islands, where seeing the puffins was incredible!! We spent two full days touring Iceland with Otto and he is the best of the best! He planned trips that catered to our group, made stops along the way to show us hidden spots that we would not have seen otherwise, and made a great deal of accommodations to make sure we saw all we could see. He is knowledgeable and fun to talk to! He’s a fantastic tour guide and I would highly recommend booking him for your next trip to Iceland!

Another incredible day with Otto the Viking I highly recommend Otto to any traveler to Iceland, whether it’s your first trip or your 100th. If you’re going to Iceland, do yourself a favor and book Otto the Viking. He’s not just a guide, he’s the reason our trip was unforgettable. Otto knows Iceland inside and out and took us to incredible spots we never would have found on our own. Every day felt like a mix of adventure and hanging out with someone who genuinely loves what he does. Great stories, great music, lots of laughs, and a real sense of camaraderie. Whether it’s a day trip or an overnight, he makes everything easy and fun. We left feeling like we experienced the real Iceland, not just the tourist version.

There was no need. Otto was simply amazing and found the most spectacular Northern Lights I could have ever imagined. He also was able to provide guidance on the best way to photo them. We were a group of 12 family and friends on a private tour to the South Coast with Otto and had the best time. We organized a long day to be able to see everything we could considering the distance traveled from Reykjavík. Otto made sure we saw all our requested stops and had plenty of time to enjoy each one. He was a careful driver, considerate of bathroom breaks and organized a large space for us for a great spot for eating. Everyone enjoyed how fun of a guide he was and that he was always helpful and well skilled at taking pictures for us. I have taken a lot of tours through the years and am the family organizer for our large trips and would 100% use him again and recommend to others!

Wonderful guide for the beautiful country of Iceland We were a group of 12 friends and family of all ages, and Otto took the best care of us all. We organized a very long day with him to see the most we could, considering the distance from Reykjavík. We were all so happy with the tour from the sites we saw, the time we were alloted at each stop, and the locations for eating. Everyone raved about what a great time we had with Otto. He was a careful driver and considerate for bathroom breaks and super about taking photos of us (and really skilled in that as well ;) ). I would 100% recommend Otto as a guide.
