Great service. They got us scheduled in two days for a Mercedes GLE450e Service B. Pricing was great and the team was able to finish the work in an hour and a half. Office is really clean and Mike is great to work with. He explained everything very clearly. Highly recommend for your European auto service needs!

1st time customer to Otto’s and I had an exceptional experience. Mike was extremely professional and down to earth kept me updated throughout my cars inspection and ensured I was comfortable while I was in the waiting room. Julian did a great job taking care of my car! He was knowledgeable and very personable too! Oh, and I was personally very happy with what believe was a great value for the services. I was expecting a much higher number :). Glad to know everything is looking good regarding my car, and I will be returning for my future car needs here. Thanks a bunch for the great service team!

Brought in my 2019 G550 with a rough idle and flickering check engine light that escalated to a full misfire. OTTO diagnosed it properly, turned out two ignition coils had completely failed (one on each bank). They coordinated getting it towed to the dealer to use my Mercedes extended coil warranty, which saved me a big repair bill and lots of time. While the dealer had it apart for the coils, they found oil had worked its way into the spark plug tube holes, turned out I also had a valve cover gasket leak, a known issue on this engine platform. Once the car was back, OTTO caught it too and gave me a clear, itemized quote. What really stood out: when I asked about if I could replace the PCV/oil separator preventively, they were upfront that the extended warranty likely wouldn't cover it without an actual fault code, and suggested holding off rather than just upselling me. I later found out I had a complimentary powertrain warranty (from the dealer) that could cover the valve cover repair, and the advisor Michael went back and forth with the warranty company on my behalf to get it approved - it's a huge help! The communication with the shop throughout was smooth and efficient, regular updates instead of radio silence. Pricing was transparent and came in reasonable. Honest, communicative, efficient, and clearly know this platform well. Will definitely be back for regular maintenance. Strong 5/5 service

Excellent work and superior customer service at a very reasonable price. I took my 2011 BMW 328i for an oil change and a battery/ electrical system issue which had caused multiple dash lights. They performed a synthetic engine oil service at a price lower that what you would pay elsewhere for a regular oil change. They then did a complete vehicle systems check -free of charge- and suggested several repair and maintenance items that the car needed. Service advisor, Mike, is professional, transparent, and a great communicator. He provided detail cost estimates for each item, with recommendations on what had to be done now and those that could wait. I authorized the work on all but couple of the suggested items. The mechanic who worked the job, Julien, is very knowledgeable, competent and thorough, and explained to me everything he did, in detail. Although I ended up spending a bit more that I had planned, I think it was worth it as it was still a lot less than what the BMW dealer would have charged me! All known issues with the vehicle were fully resolved and it is now running great. Happy customer; will definitely return.

I had a coolant leakage issue and had to go in for a same day service. Mike has been super helpful and they provide amazing service! Mike even kept my old part and explained to me what went wrong. I have had a lot of horrible car maintenance and repair experience in the past but this time I feel like I found the right one. Their customer service is unparalleled. Highly recommend!
